Wonderful.
Pros:

Room was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Location is fantastic right in the heart of Banff and within walking distance to everything. Laundry facilities were a bonus and staff were accomodating when our washing hadn't quite finished before laundry close time. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Cons:

Nothing negative to note about this stay.

Nice hotel in the best spot of the sity
Pros:

Overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, although it could benefit from a greater variety of options.

Cons:

The main drawback was the size of our room, which was a bit small for four adults. The room also did not have air conditioning. While this is understandable given Banff's typically cool climate for most of the year, an air conditioning system would have been appreciated during our stay in July.
Additionally, on one occasion, the bathroom was not cleaned even though we had requested daily housekeeping.

Great location, would definitely book here again.
Pros:

Room was great, except that the windows faced west so it was very warm in the evening (no AC). Location was excellent -- right in the center of the hustle and bustle of Banff, easy to access all amenities. We enjoyed taking walks from the hotel to a variety of locations, also very convenient to the highway/parkway.

Cons:

Lack of AC was noticeable only because the windows/balcony were full west view, so had to keep the curtains closed or the room became very hot (especially since the sun sets very late in summer). If the weather were cooler or days shorter (i.e. not July), this would probably not be a problem.

Die Lage der Brewster Mountain Lodge in Banff war sehr gut. Man ist schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum, bei Restaurants und Geschäften, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar

Cons:

Weniger gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Für vier Personen war es sehr eng, es gab kaum Stauraum für Gepäck und Kleidung und zu wenige Nachtschränkchen. Außerdem fehlte ein Kosmetikspiegel, was bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie eine sinnvolle Ergänzung wäre.

Adorable lodge type hotel in the center of it all!
Pros:

the location was perfect right in the center of town. easy to get to restaurants, shopping and walk by the river and the botanical gardens. i loved our balcony to sit and relax and look at the mountains and people walking by. . i liked having snacks at the desk and s’mores in the lobby each day. the staff was friendly and hard working

the garage spaces were tight, but manageable

BREWSTER THE BEST IN BANFF
Pros:

The whole experience with the hotel was just about perfect. I give it a 9.9 out of 10.
Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was included and very good. Parking available underground.
Hotel is situated in the middle of downtown Banff and close to everything. The view
from the room was incredible.

Best location in Banff for your stay.
Pros:

Brewster Mountain Lodge is located in the BEST spot in Banff. Right in the middle of town, it is pretty much next door to shopping, restaurants, activities, and more. Parking on-site (reserved lower level) is icing on the cake. We very much enjoyed our 5-night stay.

Friendly staff is what make this lodge worth staying.
Pros:

The lodge is in prime location where all the shopping and eating is at. The staffs are friendly and accomodating. So far I would rate this lodge a 4.8/10.

Cons:

The breakfast has a lot to be desired for but it is enough to send you to your next adventure.
