I would never recommend this hotel, in fact I will actively promote against it. Worse stay ever.

They blasted the a/c throughout the hotel even though it was only 8 outside
The noise from other floors could be heard clearly in the room. The breakfast was horrible. We th the eggs way overcooked, and the sausages disgusting.

A good value and perfect location makes this a great place to stay.
Pros:

I love that it's right in the middle of downtown. I like to park at night and be close enough to walk around downtown. This was the perfect spot. It's also more affordable than other similar properties. And it has breakfast!

Cons:

Not the fault of the property but with road construction in Banff it was really hard to get to the underground parking.

We're very satisfied during our stay.
Pros:

Staff are very accomodating and helpfu especially those 2 ladies in front desk..except the driver of the white truck the day that we check in..lhe's rude.looks like he's A Filipino guy..

Very good, but a bit expensive.

Room With a View?
Pros:

Spectacular third floor room with vaulted ceiling.

Cons:

My biggest complaint regarding Brewster Mountain Lodge is the fact that our room's balcony, which had stunning views of the Canadian Rockies and of downtown Banff, was under maintenance during our entire three-day stay. It is unnerving to look up and see a worker unannounced on your third-floor balcony, to say the least. Two days involved dodging workers and wet paint/stain on the deck, while for most of the third day the view was completely blocked by plastic. After some negotiation, the hotel manager agreed to refund us our $40/day "guaranteed mountain view" charge (watch out for extra fees here; e.g., there is a fee for parking, then an extra fee if you want "guaranteed" parking). The 10% refund was welcome, but not enough to make our stay here worthwhile.

The room was very comfortable. The Wifi was excellent. The hotel is close to all the restaurants and shops.

Würden wir sofort wieder buchen
Pros:

Super Lage direkt im Zentrum, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Super Frühstück, hat für jeden was dabei.
Sehr grosse Zimmer, auch mal Platz zum den Koffer aufzuklappen ohne das jemand drüber stolpert.

Cons:

Aktuell haben Sie eine Baustelle vor dem Haus und aus diesem Grund ist die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage nur aus einer Richtung zu erreichen. Wenn mans weiss, ist es jedoch keine Sache.

Short one but it served our needs fully
