El hotel tiene la mejor vista y ubicación de todas. La playa, piscina y spa son espectaculares, realmente un paraíso.

Well overpriced for what it is, I’ve stayed in many 5 star resorts and I am very shocked at the price of this hotel. £500-1000 a night for a room/hotel that should be no more than £250 a night.
The maids don’t clean room, they simple make the bed and change towels. Came in at 9am every morning disturbing us - I think this is way too early for a maid to check if you have left the room yet.
Shower didn’t drain properly and was either scalding hot or lukewarm.
Staff weren’t overly friendly or welcoming.
TV - not a smart TV, was like being in the 00s. I have not been to a hotel in the past 10 years that doesn’t have smart TVs in the rooms. This tv had about 40 channels and then the options to buy films at around €8-9 per film. Absolutely mind blowing for a 5* hotel charging up to £1000 a night for the standard room.
Amazing location with views of the city throughout the hotel. Lovely water front area for warmer days.

It was a little complicated to navigate but the staff directed us to where we wanted to go.

The location was perfect, it is by the water and walking distance to the cable car and old city walls. The property itself is beautiful. We had breakfast every morning that was included in the rate and it was delicious with plenty of options. We also booked a couple massage at the Spa and it was one of the best massages we've had. They also had an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room that were well maintained. Right outside the spa, there is an outdoor space by the water you can sit on their lounge chairs or dip your toes in the sea or swim if you're up for it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.
Die wirkliche tolle Lage mit Sicht auf den alten Hafen von Dubrovnik. Frühstücksbuffet und das Restaurant waren wirklich gut!

The property is located perfectly just outside the old town gates making it super convenient. The access to the sea is also incredible. The large room was also very luxurious and the staff is amazing.
