Comfortable and clean enough. Location is great.

Cons:

Pool was closed for renovation. Did not see that listed anywhere otherwise I probably wouldn’t have booked it. The staff at check in are the most unfriendly, unsmiling people I’ve ever come into contact with. Every single staff member looks so miserable and honestly not at all helpful.

Cons:

Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children for 1 night. The expectation being a double bed and double sofa bed. The sofa bed, was poor, very very poor and could not fit 2 people, the mattress was uncomfortable, the bedding (which we had to request) was too big for the bed and torn. The double bed was a standard American double (so bigger than a UK king-size) and more comfortable, but also with ripped bed linen.
The hotel was disinterested in fixing this as we'd booked through a 3rd party!!
The bathroom was functional at best, but not particularly clean or well laid out, but there were towels (albeit only 2 for a booking of 4) and a shower with low water pressure - yay!

The overwhelming smell of cannabis was not appropriate for a room with children sleeping in!! Don't book this hotel if you're travelling with kids, in fact, just don't book this hotel.

Nice, but too noisy.
Pros:

It is conveniently located close to the cruise port. The room has all the basics and is comfortable enough. The internet works well, and there are plenty of elevators, so getting around the hotel is easy.

Cons:

Despite being on the top floor, the noise was intense throughout the night, both from the air conditioning and the street. The Bistro is pretty generic and doesn’t offer much beyond the basics.

We won’t be staying at that hotel ever again.

The location was convenient.

Cons:

Our first impression was the lobby was very loud and crowded. The property was run down, the elevators weren’t working properly. Our room was not serviced at all during our stay. The AC in the room was super loud. The hideaway bed was the smallest bed I’ve ever seen.
