The Hotel is perfectly situated at the beginning of Brick Lane, making exploring easy. The breakfast staff was very friendly, thank you Beni!
We had a room downstairs, which felt a little bit underground, but it still had a window (into a small courtyard-no view!). As it was really hot, this was probably a room, but next time I would ask for a room on the upper floors.
Very friendly staff (Ben was very friendly and polite). Very clean, very practical and very quiet! Finally lovely breakfast.
Super convenient location, tube takes you everywhere. Great hotel, breakfast was nice, comfy rooms, polite and helpful staff. Especially George, friendly and polite guy in the dining room always interacting with people with a smile! Definitely coming back!

Amazing City and a really nice hotem
Siisti, huoneet siivottiin päivittäin, pyyhkeet vaihdettiin halutessaan, hiljainen ja rauhallinen huone, hyvät pimennysverhot, erinomainen ilmastointi helteellä, uusi ja toimiva, kaikki sujui vaivattomasti, huoneen lattia laminaattia, hyvät peitot ja tyynyt, iso televisio, tallelokero, hyvä lukitus, kaksi hissiä kerroksiin. Aamupalalla ihanat tuoreet hedelmät. Lähellä metropysäkkiä. Lähellä ruokakauppa.
Aamupala oli meluinen ja laadultaan keskinkertainen. Huone oli pieni kolmelle. Sijainti epäsiistillä alueella. Hotelli tuoksui hajusteilta.

Great rooms, even greater staff, Sharan gets five stars from us! The cleaning staff and in the reception was very accommodating and helped us very fast! :)
The rooms and entry way is very nice and clean! In the morning, Ben came around to pick up our scraps and he was amazing. Ben is super sweet and such a positive face to see in the morning. The atmosphere was honestly great for so early in the morning. The desk staff was mostly nice, but I did not love what kind of silly things they charge you for. If you want a room with two beds, the second is a couch. It is quiet both downstairs and upstairs, i did not really notice a disturbance.
The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We had a short stay but everyone was accommodating and helpful with navigating around the city. And Ben from breakfast is a sweetheart

Staff were all fantastic, check in was a breeze and early check in was available.
The room was a great size with comfortable beds and a decent sized TV. Bathroom facilities were lovely and very clean. Whole site felt very secure. Breakfast was yummy with loads of choice. Staff was helpful and approachable even we needed help with something.
