We found carpet beetles on the bedding and floors. The housekeeping staff that came to change the bedding refused to vacuum after throwing the bugs on the floor and we were unable to be moved due to the property being sold out for the night. I am super disappointed with the way the situation was treated.
Well since I walk in to the front desk I don’t feel really welcome Mr. Joseph looks like he hate his job ! And was another gentleman who looks not happy either !, I don’t get any eyes contact with Mr Joseph not even once, that make me feel like I was not there .I ask him if was any way I can get a room with a nice view cuz was my Moms birthday and he just answer me ( I just try to do the best that I can) with not even a eye contact! I pay almost 200$ for just one just one night stay,, that more the one night in a room in NY CITY hotel ! The room was clean but the Shower Tub was almost overflowing the 2 times I took a shower. Honestly for the price I pay for one night and the huge parking fee I par just for one night I don’t think I would recommend this hotel to any of my family members and friends, thanks for your time ! It was in a good spot of Tulsa. But the computers were down and I was never able to stay, plus never got my refund.
Didn’t get my refund due to the computers being down for almost 12 hours. Had to stay somewhere else and didn’t get my money back.

Sludge on ice bucket, no hand soap when we got to the room, hardly any body soap in the dispenser in the shower, shower handle literally just fell off after barely touching it, phone volume was so low I couldn’t even hear the front desk when I called, overall 3/10
$28 to park is ridiculous. We paid the extra money for the breakfast and it was a basic breakfast that should have been free with the room. I thought it was a walk in shower. The hot water and cold water were the opposite in the shower. Will not stay here again. There are better hotels in downtown Tulsa that cost less and have free parking. Not to mention the hotel charged me twice for parking.

We were rushed during check in because the clerk made it very clear she was more interested in trying to make a date with one of the guests who came into the lobby than she was in getting my husband and myself registered. Can you imagine my surprise when she jerked my credit card out of my hand and told me if we wanted to park it was going to cost 50.00 and then said she hoped we wanted parking since she had just charged us for it. She gave us one key and said bye, leaned across the counter and went back to her conversation.
Our room was beautiful. But no hot water in the morning for showers

If you’re going to a concert at BOK this location is great! LONG wait to check in. LONG wait for the elevator (bc of the concert). Staff was pleasant to except one. Clean and nice.
After the concert we walked back and were going to finish watching a softball game for the World Series. There were clearly people in there, even people after us and the bartender was very rude saying they were closing. She proceeded to help other people, even giving them just water.
