Avoid at All Cost - Sleep in your Car
Pros:

I'm 62 y/o and I believe a reasonable person. This is by far, the worst experience at a motel/hotel I have ever had. The accommodations are horrible. I reserved a non-smoking room (through Travelocity) but the front desk could not accommodate. When I got to this room (#210), I couldn't have been more disappointed. See the photos to get an idea. The most irritating issue is Days Inn is a national chain that you would expect decent accommodations. Of course, I did not expect Waldorf Astoria here. A clean room, with lighting, bed, bath, and a working TV is the most basic requirement I look for. I can't urge you stronger NOT to stay here. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car.

The moment my husband and I pulled into the parking lot, I knew I had booked a horrible hotel. A strange man was wandering around, looking into the rooms. When we opened the door, an awful smell told me that my instincts were right.

The property was not as clean the pool didn’t have no water for that price. It needs to be cleaner.

Cons:

Inside the room, the carpet needs to be replaced behind the bed. It looks like it’s never been clean people making noise late at night and people coming around banging on the doors at 2 AM and 3 AM it was scary

The staff was nice but the property for that price we paid for each room. The carpet needs to be placed. The curtains need to be replaced. It’s filthy inside and out people banging on the doors middle of the night and yelling the swimming pool didn’t have no water. The entrance of the elevators are disgusting the screen doors and the washroom is disgusting. I will never stay there again until it’s cleaned up.

Cons:

It needs a lot of maintenance work inside the rooms and outside. I will never stay there again coffee machine inside the bathroom no coffee cups. The refrigerator smell bad.

Horrible filthy rundown property
Pros:

Horrible place to stay. I booked through Hotels.com and paid in advance. The owner of the hotel charged me $150 "security deposit" and refuses to refund my money.

Disabled smoke alarm, light fixture in the bathroom was filled with dead bugs, many missing bulbs in the light fixtures, carpet dirty and stained, and black mold in the bathroom.

The bed and carpets are extremely dirty! The reception staff is very rude; they stole our money and refused to refund us. We politely asked for a refund because the room was filthy, and we had our family with us, so we couldn't stay in such a disgusting room for safety reasons. But they lied, claiming we already used the room, to steal our money 😡
