Cons:

The kitchen staff didn't have good knowledge about gluten free options and they were rude to answer.
When clean our bedroom they only left 2 towels when we were 4 and one of the towels was stained.

We had a very comfortable stay after a day at the hospital. The staff helped me find a great restaurant for our dinner (

Incredible welcoming and helpful front staff.
The room was very clean and comfortable. We asked for a room away from the road as my partner was recovering from surgery. We were given a quiet room near the back that was lovely and peaceful.

Cons:

No complaints! It was a great stay!

Poorly managed
Cons:

Was told over the phone that I could use my debit for damage deposit as I have done with other locations. When I arrived staff told me they could not accept my card and denied talking to me over the phone earlier that day.
