Room was in terrible repair. Paint and plaster hanging down from the ceiling outside the room. No cover on the smoke alarm - don't know if it was working. Base of floor lamp was totally rusted and dirty. Gap of about 3/4 inch between door and door facing. Paint in room peeling. Surprised that Days Inn would allow this property to carry their name.
Normally Days Inn are good hotels. But nope this hotel was sketchy and run down.
See above. It was horrible the room was dark. The
Floor was dirty…like actual dirt. The sheets smelled bad and they felt dirty.
The location was very convenient to the tennis center and the staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure.
The overall hotel needs a complete renovation. There were brown spots on ceiling tiles in my room, the door to our room had at some point been kicked in with a visible gap at the bottom when it was locked, the chair for the desk had "pleather" peeling off and almost touching the ground, and the tv came on, but no cable or anything at all to watch. The cleanliness of the room was bad... there was a roach in a corner (at least it was dead so I'll give them that), a bar of soap with pubic hair on it on the top of the shower curtain rod, and I had stuff stick to the bottom of my feet when I walked around barefoot like it had not been sweeped in a long time.
Nothing.
Not clean at all. Half of the stuff in the room didn't work. Very nasty walkways and shady people.
Nothing
Didn't stay at this place it wasn't safe operating as a extended stay. Broken windows, unclean , misrepresentation of pictures posted on app vs real.
The lobby only
Not good quality
Nothing
The room was so filthy I had to go to Walmart and buy my own cleaning supplies and this after I changed room out of four room that the attendant showed me this was the best one but it still was very dirty and she said she couldn’t do nothing else about it cause I booked through booking.com
Nothing
Neither room they gave me was ready the room was filthy and used no clean towels they were still repairing my room it was a nightmare
Nothing, a mistake was made where is double booked hotels, not my fault booking.com fault and this days in wouldn’t refund me my money
Terrible service, terrible leadership, stingy ass ownership.
The staff was nice.
The property was dirty, moldy, and disgusting!
Some power washing wold hlp.
The young ladies that helped me at the front desk were a delight.
The floors were tile and dirty. There were no towels in my room. The door wasn't entirely secure. There were small bugs on the bed and the sheets were dingy. I booked a double queen room, there was only one bed, but there was a headboard still attached to the wall where the other bed should've been.
Absolutely nothing .
