it is not worth the money
Cons:

our room was on the ground floor next to the lobby restaurant. It was okay in the evening, but around 6:30-7 am there was a noise coming from the lobby - people were talking loudly and it was disturbing. the room itself was ok, but not worth the money ($300+ for the night). location was okay, about 15 mins walk to the old city center.

Our stay was comfortable.
Pros:

I loved the hotel was clean, comfortable, and near the river.

Cons:

That we were not told that there would be a $25 a day charge to park in the parking lot why not include that in the nightly rate and say parking is "free"?!

Excellent customer service
Pros:

Everything. Beautiful room, quiet, great people at the front desk, nighttime security in the pkg lot, comfy beds, nice toiletries.

Cons:

For such a nice hotel, I think they could do better than crappy powdered chemical powdered creamer in the cheap packets for the Keurig coffee makers. Simple shelf stable mini creamers and decent sugar/raw sugar and a stir stick would have been appreciated. The coffee was horrible.

Also, we were charged for parking, which was fine, but no one said a word about this at check in.

Pros:

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Will, the shuttle driver was awesome, he went above and beyond his call of duty. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was super quick for pickups.
