Pros:

Everything was great from start to finish. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Amazing, relaxing holiday
Pros:

The hotel is super clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent, good variety of food for breakfast very fresh. Restaurant had good choice on menu for lunch or dinner. Perfect beach with clear water and excellent service at beach bar.

Guter Aufenthalt mit einigen Kritikpunkten
Pros:

+Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.
+Am Strand wird keine laute Musik gespielt, was ich als sehr angenehm empfunden habe.
+Für Hotelgäste sind Sonnenliegen und Badetücher inklusive, was sehr praktisch ist.

Cons:

-Das Hotelrestaurant ist völlig überteuert. Das Hotel sieht sich offenbar als „Luxushotel“, entsprechend hoch sind auch die Preise.
-Die erste Reihe am Strand ist zur Hälfte mit riesigen Doppelliegen belegt, die die Aussicht versperren. Das ist wirklich schade.
-Es gibt keinen Spielplatz. Selbst eine kleine Rutsche und eine Schaukel wären schön gewesen. Da viele Familien mit Kindern dort Urlaub machen, gehört für mich zu einem familienfreundlichen Hotel mehr, als beim Frühstück Kinderfilme im Fernsehen laufen zu lassen.
- Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings fehlte es an Abwechslung. Die Auswahl war jeden Tag identisch.

Pros:

Fina faciliteter, fint utbud på frukosten, vänlig personal. Väldigt fin strand och deras beach club var fint inredd. Goda pizzor i deras lilla pizzeria och god mat på hotellets restaurang. Väldigt lugnt och mysigt område för den som vill ”bara vara”.

Cons:

Personalen gjorde så gott de kunde och de var trevliga, men ingen skön känsla på hotellet trots ”lyxig förpackning”. Svårt att peka på vad det egentligen är som skaver men den varma gästfria mentaliteten du ser på andra ställen i Albanien finns inte här. Mycket överprisat mot vad du får om du jämför med andra ställen.

Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand und mit eigenem Strandabschnitt. Auch eine eigene Strandbar ist vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick war mehr oder weniger ein ganzer Meerblick - wunderschön. Das Frühstück war gewöhnlich, hatte aber alles was man braucht. In der Nähe sind viele Restaurants und Strandbars vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Matratze war leider nicht sehr gemütlich. Beim Frühstück sah es ziemlich gestresst aus. Allerdings war es 9:00 und das Hotel schien ziemlich voll zu sein.

Hotel en una muy buena ubicación, frente al mar. Habitación muy cómoda. Personal muy bueno, siempre pendiente del huésped. Restaurante muy bueno, exquisita comida! Muy buen desayuno. Playa muy linda!

Cons:

Me llamó la atención que un hotel de 5 estrellas cobrara el agua que dejaba en la habitación.

die Klimaanlage ist extrem laut das Bett ist sehr unbequem und hart. Das Personal im Restaurant braucht super lange. frühstück ist für albanische Verhältnisse durchschnittlich.

Hospitality in the hotel was exceptional, they made us feel like we are part of the family.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and was very surprised, there were plenty of choices to choose (I was lost and wanted to try everything, staff were in hand to explain and suggest), everything was fresh and you could see it is locally and organic especially eggs and homemade bread.

Cons:

There is nothing that I could fault or change.
