What a great place to stay. Mark was our shuttle driver and wow! He went above and beyond for us. Our flight was delayed and only due to that was the shuttle not there waiting for us. Mark dropped us at Fords Garage for dinner - he highly recommended it. Definitely a great place to eat! Ambiance and food was wonderful. Mark picked us up within 5 minutes of our call that we were ready to return. Breakfast was delicious even tho an additional charge. Bagels and made to order omelets outstanding! We used GoPort service that included this hotel stay and transport to Port Canaveral and transport after our cruise to the airport. So glad Marriott Lake Mary was rhe hotel included.

This was the first time we had stayed overnight at the hotel although we have attended conference plenty of times over the last several years. Very helpful staff. Meeting rooms were adequate for big and small meetings. There is convention space at the hotel. There is a nice breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The restaurant on property is also very good and there is a bar. Watch where you park in the parking lot as there is parking near the front that looks like it is an extra charge. The rooms are nice and clean. If you want daily service you have to let them know but they provide extra towels, etc by request. There is an outdoor pool and a fitness center.

This Marriott may be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. I upgraded to the concierge level and it was great! The entire staff was friendly. We actually left the hotel on the morning of check out and had a major flight delay, our flight changed from 8:05 am to 3:00 pm. I called the hotel and they allowed us to come back to our room and have a late check out, it was amazing customer service. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for being GREAT! We appreciated all of you so much!

Jay Balanay is a great bellman captain. KUDOS to him, Chef James at 1501, and Barnaby at the Front Desk for providing supreme quality customer service!

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and accommodating . The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The bell captain, Jay Balanay, went above and beyond for myself and the others in my group. I was locked out of my room and he immediately stopped what he was doing and went all the way up to 6th floor to let me in.

We have been attending Sonshine Network Ministries Conferences at the Lake Mary Location for 11 years. The location is great as always. The atmosphere was wonderful, room as always was clean and comfortable. No issues regarding excessive noise. Service, especially Jay
Balanay, the Bell Captain, he went over and above expectations. I have never had such an amazing experience due largely to Jay's authentic care and concern for each guest. Thank you Jay and Marriott staff for a great experience!

Jay Balanay was great and made me feel at home and always was a pleasure he made sure I knew where everything was at and such a pleasure to talk to,hope he stays with you guys forever and your staff at the desk was phenomenal

Everything was wonderful on our stay. Jay, your Bell Captain is wonderful. His smile and attentiveness is amazing. He made us feel welcome as soon as we entered the door and was helpful to the end while he helped us load our car.

My stay at Marriott Lake Mary was excellent. My favorite part was meeting Jay Balanay. My Father & I stayed at the hotel many nights while working in the area. My Father was going through a serious illness at the time and Bell Captain Jay Balanay really helped my Father and I throughout this difficult time. Every morning when My Father and I would leave for work Jay Balanay would say a prayer for my Father and I. Even after my Father's untimely passing, Jay has helped me through this difficult time. I thank the lord that he allowed our paths to cross during this difficult time for me and my family .

The stay was great, had some good food. Rooms were very clean the staff was great and very helpful. One of our highlights and joys was being helped by the Bell Captain Jay Balanay. He was very professional and helpful. He gave great advice on places to visit and eat. Also was helpful when it came to a few Church options while I was in town.

It is more than a Marriott Hotel; it is a complex with 6 or 7 different specialty restaurants and meeting rooms that can accommodate a very large convention.
All the staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The one member who stood out was the Bell Captain, Jay Balanay, who I haven't seen for over a year, but he addressed me like I was an old friend. This kind of touch means a lot!
