This was our second year to stay at the Sundial and we were very pleased to return.
Pros:

The location is perfect, very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the roomed everything you need.

Beautiful location but very disappointing accommodation
Pros:

The staff are very pleasant and the hotel is in an excellent location. Whistler is beautiful

Cons:

The hotel is very tired. I booked the hotel based on previous reviews, however I was really disappointed with the room, it needs a total upgrade. The room was very clean but it is dated, dark, tired furniture and some stains on the carpets.

This surpassed our expectations, much better than the Booking.com photos advertise!!
Pros:

The property was in the absolute centre of the village, all the gondolas and shops were on our doorstep, literally! Super friendly staff, beautiful views. The sunset from the free hot tub on the terrace was a bonus too.

Cons:

It was a shame we had to pay for Parking, but that was the only negative

A special splurge home base for our family during our favorite weekend of the summer.
Pros:

Location was excellent- view was amazing. Heart of the action.

Cons:

WiFi in room didn’t work which would not allow for Apple TV/netflix/disney + to work. The master bedroom tv remote did not work. Reoccurring squealing noise at night that was awful.

Hele mooie en ruime kamer. Heel goed bed. We hebben erg goed geslapen.

Cons:

We hoorden constant de lift net het geluid van een alpenhoorn. Ik had nochtans gevraagd naar een kamer, niet naast de lift. Ook buiten was er veel lawaai, maar daar kan het hotel niets aandoen.

Nice Hotel and Great Location
Pros:

We had a suite. This was very handy for breakfast. Local shops for supplies. Nice room. Hotel is right in the centre of whistler so a great location. Some noise outside but not too bad. Check in was very friendly and helpful as was checkout.

Cons:

Parking was tight and we were lucky to get the last sundial parking space. That would have been very stressful. Some bits in the room were needing attention. Bulbs out and mirror loose in the bathroom.
