Pros:

We had a one bed suite. Everything. From staff engagement to cleanliness to the ability to cook. Perhaps close to one of the best hotels for facilities and location we have had the pleasure of staying in.

Great stay
Pros:

We booked a last minute reservation at the Sundial Hotel for a quick anniversary getaway with our kids. We were amazed by the service provided, especially by Pete. We were given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite with private hot tub (room 606), which was nice! We also received a complimentary wine bottle and chocolates. The hotel was conveniently located in the village. They have secure underground parking available. The room itself had everything you need if you want to cook meals. My kids loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed drinking the Nespresso coffee and eating the apples provided in the lobby. This hotel was definitely the highlight of this trip. Thank you.

A kind receptionist
Pros:

My husband and I went down to the lobby to ask how to deal with shower.
The gentleman receptionist during the night time promptly came to the unit with us and helped.
I didn't catch his name though. I thank him very much!

Good Trip
Pros:

Great stay, very friendly staff. Pete was helpful and quite the character at check-in. Made us feel very welcome. I think Payton was the valet and a great help. Good location for everything, sometimes a little noisy in the evenings but nothing too crazy.
