מלון שקט ומשרה רוגע.
הלן פקידת הקבלה מסבירת פנים ואירחה אותנו מאד יפה.

Dirty room. Mold in the bathroom. Dirty lamp shade. Food on the chair in the room. Elevator was broken. Asked for a cleaner room or refund and was denied both. Closet broken. All 4 channels available on TV were static. All around disgusting hotel and no care. Was told “maintenance will be alerted”

Nothing did not take the risk to expose my child to this place the place is filthy need to tear down for renovationt dirty carpet they gave us 4 keys for 4 rooms none was not working we took a pick at an open room the smell was horrible

Great customer service, terrible condition

Ms. Helen, she was fantastic and beyond friendly. She provides great customer service, she knows all her regulars by name!!! 10 stars for Ms.Helen.

Cons:

It was filthy! Our room had toenail clippings on the floor, the bathroom look like it might have been wiped down not cleaned. There was hair in the shower.. The carpet was so old and dirty I did not want my 18 month old grandson on the floor. There were no plug protectors in the plugs that were out in the open in the room. Our curtains were filthy and had burn holes in them. The hallways had no air conditioning and were ridiculously hot and humid. The elevator was old and scary. Ms. Helen told us she would have to send the elevator up to our floor if we were in the second floor. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana.

Very overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

The manager was very nice and tried to make things right

Cons:

Very outdated, stains in the rugs and on the walls, broken shades, broken sleep sofa frame. Located right on the center of an apartment complex. No parking available when we arrived.
