Magnifiques bâtiments colorés avec de très belles piscines chaudes. Calme et sérénité. Les jardins sont très beaux avec des coatis de partout. Le spa est superbe et le personnel très gentil. Les piscines sont très belles et le déjeuner était bon. Parking sécurisé.
Le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5* (perte de notre réservation au spa, demande de paiement alors que nous avions déjà payés, chasse d’eau des toilettes défecteuses ... ). Par ailleurs, les chambres d’une même catégorie sont très inégales. Certaines au rez-de-chaussée sont très sombres, enclavées et n’ont pas de balcon.

Given the price we paid was well above the average some areas for improvement
1. Staff in the breakfast service seem very annoyed when asked for a coffee or questions about the menu - they were not as attentive as in most Mexico and somewhat bothered to provide napkins, cutlery or help with simple questions during the breakfast service
2. They did not take the credit card at check in - platinum card was handed to them - and had challenges with the billing and payment system - they kept chasing every bill as if it was a 2 star hotel versus just managing the payment in smarter way - we had a breakfast waiter arrived to the pool seeking a bill on day 2
3. Very very very expensive breakfast for Mexico. Over $40 for a couple is crazy
4. The pool opens late and closes early - the service in the pools seems as challenging as the breakfast service
5. Construction everywhere not the most luxury experience
6. Main rooms are very dark - barely get to see light

Le service lors du check-in et au petit déjeuner pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles, piscine pas régulièrement nettoyée, mini spa dans notre chambre non fonctionnel, environnement extérieur en contraste avec le le luxe de l’hôtel.
I loved the nature and rooms spread out.
The entry to property is really bad, alot of billboards before arriving at entrance of property.
Also no umbrella’s at pool.
Jolies suites, lit confortable, lieu dépaysant
Travaux de construction très bruyants et très visibles dans l’hôtel qui ont rendu le séjour peu reposant, eau de la piscine verdâtre qui a déteint sur les maillots, aucun geste commercial malgré ces désagréments. Massage très chers (190 € pour 60 minutes), buffet du petit déjeuner facturé à la pièce, manque quelques équipements dans la salle de sport (ex tapis de course, sac de boxe).

The pool are is surrounded by apparently semi- abandoned concrete constructions which is really disturbing for the eye and crushes with the amenity of the place.

The hacienda is beautiful and the rooms are gorgeous. The staff is really kind and professional, and on top of this, the food is amazing.
The prices are a bit surprising for Mexico.
