Pros:

Easy location, easy walk to the metro, plenty of food options within an easy walk.

Cons:

Elevator down to the parking garage was broken. We were not warned about this ahead of time. As two in-shape travelers it was no bother to us, but we really should've been warned in advance of the issues.

This checked all the boxes for my short stay to go to a funeral. I would gladly stay here again.
Pros:

Room cleanliness was fine, location was good, breakfast was good but not great. Manager and reservations staff helped tremendously with rescheduling the dates due to a change in the schedule of a burial of a family member at Arlington National Cemetery. They also were exceptional in arranging bus transport back to DCA airport.

Cons:

Paying $48.00 to park in their garage and the elevator from the parking garage to the lobby was out of order.

Pros:

Spacious room and clean.

Cons:

Customer service and transparency were lacking. We did not feel welcome upon arrival. Our front desk clerk was NOT friendly in the slightest and we had to fish out information from her. We were charged $48 for a parking garage that had a broken elevator. We were there less than 24hrs. The hospitality industry should be hospitable, this hotel staff needs work starting at the front door. It was cold and incalculable rather than warm and inviting… on Mother’s DAY especially.
