A fee of $20 plus taxes per pet per night of their stay will be automatic charge and an amount of $80 per pet will be placed on hold on the guest card and will be released back to them as soon as we check the room and make sure that there is no damages to our room or any of our amenities.

Poor parking
We did not utilize the breakfast, so I have no comments about that, but the breakfast area looked nice. We were on a motorcycle, so we left quickly to avoid the storm that was coming in.
The room smelled TERRIBLE like mold and pinesole. The beds were lumpy. And the curtains were filthy. The window was cracked and there was a dent in the wall behind the door. I also noticed a stain right in the middle of the ceiling that was odd. Anyway, for the price, being last minute, I would have liked better with no issues, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Room smelled like mildew old carpet everything outdated hard beds shower didn't work correctly elevator was broken most of the stairs were out had to walk all the way around definitely not worth 100 dollars I would rather sleep in the car then in that room again

Ty he pictures online were very misleading. They made it look exceptionally well and in person it wasn’t great. I’ve stayed in Branson a dozen times but always wanted to stay on the strip. I paid twice as much as I usually do because the pictures looked way nicer than they actually were. When we first arrived I requested a different room because it smelled like mildew and there was a pee stain on one of the comforters. The only thing that was acceptable was the location and the staff. Highly disappointed…will not return

Roaches and bugs everywhere, the bedding hadn’t been changed there was a receipt dated 8/28 from Arkansas and I’m from Missouri and my stay started on 8/3 the receipt was under the bed spread. Had to take nitroglycerin because the anxiety was so bad, I thought I was having another heart attack. Went and stayed somewhere else for the rest of my stay. Hotel was aware of the roach problem. Someone said there had been exterminator there every day prior to our arrival they had been there for 10 days

We were tried being charged for extra fees exactly 2 minutes after check in. They tried $100, then &4, then $10. No microwave had to go use the front lobby. Then I was told they were not supposed to give out throw away utensils. Pool was dirty. Was not told that the hot tub was broke. The shower was filthy. The sink had a crack in it. Outside a man was sleeping under the next door theatre awning. Should I keep going. It said a 3 star. That was no 3 star.
