It was fine for a.shirt stay. Staff friendly.
Pros:

Eggs were co!d but coffee was excellent. Bagels, yogurt, cereal. Apples & bananas.
Tv was small but they had cable.

Cons:

very noisy from.other rooms.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable,

Cons:

i was on a work trip, no outlets, to plug my computer in i had to unplug the lamp or the TV, TV was the smallest Tv i have ever seen in a hotel room. Breakfast was pathetic, I tried to get coffee every morning but the creamers were old bad every time. The breakfast food was just awful, nothing but scrambled eggs, bagels you could play hockey with and that was it.

Location was good. Still need to work on the upgrades and renovations
Cons:

The room while nicely sized was very musty. I kept coughing all night and it was attributed to the room. I was fine when I was not in it.

Odor when you enter the 2nd floor of the hotel.
Not enough electrical outlets in the room.
The toilet was very unstable and noisy.

Pros:

Very convenient. Close to the Thruway, and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Beds are very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. Decent breakfast offerings.

Cons:

I told staff we would like a first floor room if possible because my mother is on oxygen 24/7 and uses a walker. No first floor rooms were available due to renovations, which is understandable. However, they have us a second floor room almost as far away from the elevator as you could get.
Also, the coffee is HORRIBLE, undrinkable. Good thing there’s a Dunkin within walking distance.

This was pretty terrible. The area isn't the greatest, we should have gone a few miles down the road
Pros:

The room wasn't cramped and the parking lot was decent sized. We did get to watch a brawl from our window and a police chase. That was fun.

Cons:

The room was pretty terribly setup. There was no nightstand on one side of the bed, there were no working outlets available anywhere near the bed, and the room smelled incredibly musty.
