Great sleep
Pros:

Highly recommend staying at this location. Always friendly and great amenities. The rooms are clean and fresh. Beds are super comfortable. Coffee available in lobby 24/7.

I've stayed here before and I'll stay here again next time, convenient to everything.
Pros:

Entirely decent room for the price, very convenient location.

Cons:

Don't count on a meaningful breakfast... small yogurt cup and toast, etc. But the 24 hour coffee is great.

Good for a 1-2 night stay. Clean overall
Pros:

Good location. Lots of places to eat at in the area. Mc. Donald’s is 39 steps away(my son counted) from the main entrance. Good parking. Area seems to be a safe place. Room was 8/10 for cleanliness.

Cons:

Breakfast is cereal/plain oatmeal/bagels/juice. Not that great. Had a smell of……… idk just a weird smell. Room was dusty but beds were clean as well as the tub/shower. Staff, hit or miss. Piece of spaghetti on the carpet. I

A good value hotel with airport shuttle
Pros:

Airport shuttle was great, a good value overall.

Cons:

A little worn but a very decent economy hotel overall. Too bad it shares its name with another hotel in Syracuse that is absolutely horrific. This is the one to choose!

Clean & quiet. UPSET staff didn't mention the hosp. discount I was entitled to.

Very Satisfied with the facility. However, they did not give me a hospital discount, even though they were aware my husband was having surgery at Crouse Hosp.

Cons:

No ,one ever mentioned that with documentation, I could receive a hospital discount until the very last night I stayed there. I asked for a partial refund for the day's that I stayed BUT they said that couldn't be done. I believe if they couldn't credit/adjust my account via their computer - Super 8 should issue me a check for the difference. I CONSIDER it the staff's mistake for not bringing the significant hospital discount to my attention - until the VERY LAST NIGHT! (I stayed four nights)
