Location and Price
No instructions for operating television. Called front desk and got very little help
Very nice and accomodating staff. The beds are very comfortable.
Breakfast is very limited, with only sweet options. Also, I got a room on the ground floor, near the lobby and it was very noisy in the hallway until late. I would have preferred to be on a higher floor.

A good standard budget hotel in a convenient location between the Airport and downtown Syracuse. Simple self serve breakfast hits the spot and a good selection of close by restaurants for other meals.

We did park and fly. Service to and from the airport was great and hotel staff was very helpful! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This is an expensive area. Hotel costs were high for the value. It was difficult to figure out how to enter since it was on a busy corner. Entrance is only on a side street through a McDonald's parking lot. Breakfast was limited to Dunkin donuts when they put them out. Low quantity and lack of choices. Small seating area. Unfortunately no fruit or hot items for breakfast.

We wish that there was safety grab bars in the bathroom. We were showering at 4 am to leave in time to catch a flight.
