An amazing hotel but needs staff that are on the same level
Pros:

The room was one of the most beautiful and comfortable rooms I have slept at.

The location was amazing, highly recommended.

Felt safe and comfortable.

Cons:

Staff were loud and they were impolite, they needed a lot training. Especially the ones at the donning room.

Poor poor poor customer service. If you book this hotel and for any reason need to modify your booking, they will not respond to emails just to make sure they can charge you the penalty. I will not recommend this hotel

Pros:

Location is amazing, and the rooms are recently refurbished and super spacious. Breakfast was great and a huge selection. André from the reception team went above and beyond with all of our requests. Highly recommend this property !!

والموظفين جداً ودوديين
والافطار جداً ممتاز
واخص موظفة الاستقبال ( bezea ) حيث عندما اوظحت لها ان التنظيف من الهاوس كيبنج لم يكن جيد قامت بعمل خدمة مميزة لنا في المقابل وهي بعدم احتساب تذكرة موقف السيارة الخاصة بي لذلك اليوم

لم يكن موظف النظافة يؤدي عمله جيداً ولم ينظف غرف حجزنا عندما طلبنا ذلك

很喜欢万豪酒店的基调，总体来看，工作人员都非常认真负责

早餐非常美味，地理位置特别优越，离大广场很近，离火车站也很近，真的是太好的一次住宿体验了

Buena ubicación, en pleno centro, a pasos de la plaza central, museo de la cerveza , estación de tren, etc. la habitación bastante cómoda. El desayuno muy bueno, completo y variado.

Cons:

Por su misma ubicación, en las noches se llenan demasiados los alrededores con personas de todo tipo, incluyendo indigentes, pero igual manejable.
