Hotel is right at the center of everything. It is also surrounded with restaurants, bakeshops and chocolate shops. It is also 5 mins walk to the Grand Place, a very well nice plaza in the area

Die Lager war top. Das Frühstück vielfältig und sehr gut. das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und aufgestellt.
Das Parkhaus war sehr eng.
Rest war alles gut, würde das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

The location was really good. I am walking on crotches and because of this it was very convenient. Furthermore I have to say, the stuff was very friendly.
Because I am walking on crotches I have to be honest, this was not a good hotel for me. To many stairs and different levels. Yes, there is a ramp I could walk to go from main restaurant entrance to the main breakfast buffet, but some stuff was at the entrance level and this is very inconvenient. The quality of the breakfast buffet was intermediate, if I am kind. I recommend not to book with breakfast included، it's not worth it. We asked for a room with shower and two beds. It's more convenient for my foot this way. Or request was answered and approved 5 minutes after we send the Email. That was very professional. Unfortunately the bed are soooo small that it was everything but relaxing. I am sorry, but we will try a different hotel next time.

The hotel was in centre of Brussels easy walk to grand place, which is a place have to go to.
Staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Hotel can be a bit noisy at night but its what Brussel people do they like their drinks and dining.
