Great location - would stay again.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Rooms were great and was a perfect base for a 2 night stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was included and it was okay, not wonderful but adequate and good to start a busy day of sightseeing with breakfast.

Great location
Pros:

We liked the fact that it was at a central location. Very close to everything that we wanted to do. Staff was really good, the Asian lady at the front desk was very friendly and attentive to our needs, she always greeted us with a smile which was a very different experience to every other entrance in italy.

Cons:

The fact that I booked a room in this hotel thinking it was a 2 bathroom apartment but when I arrived it was only 1 bathroom. When I spoke to the hotel, they said it must of been a typo on booking.com and that it was a mistake

Localização ótima pra quem quer ficar próximo a estação centrale de Nápoles que era nosso caso.
Pros:

Hotel bem próximo da estação Centrale de Nápoles. Não tem elevador, tem que subir as escadas para o quarto. Atendimento muito bom. Quarto pequeno, mas bem limpo. Café da manhã muito bom.

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof

Cons:

Kein Lift aber alle Zimmer sind im 1 Stock.

Excellent hotel; awesome breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location very near the train station. Clean comfy rooms. Large luggage rack. Nice shelf unit in bathroom for toiletries. Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast. We got the rooms requested.

Cons:

Shear curtains in both rooms - need an eye mask to sleep. Walls were a little thin in one room. No lift - 30 winding stairs to first floor. Shower drain is slow. Have to leave key at front desk; one key per room.

Cheap, central and nice hotel in Naples
Pros:

This hotel was surprisingly nice for the price we got it. It was also very close to the station and metro which was nice. The staff were kind.

At the time of our stay, even if it was close to the station, it felt like a fairly safe area. This may be due to ongoing security efforts in Italy.

Cons:

Some things were odd like they wanted to keep the room key in the lobby if we went out and we lacked a do not disturb sign without getting a new one. I saw other rooms that had it.

Pros:

Prima hotel op een erg handige locatie, vlak bij het station. Vanaf het vliegveld ben je met de Alibus snel bij het hotel, wat ideaal is als je net aankomt of weer naar het vliegveld moet.

Het hotel zelf was netjes en voldeed prima aan onze verwachtingen. Bij de receptie werd aangeraden om, wanneer je de deur uitgaat, je sleutel bij de receptie achter te laten in verband met zakkenrollers. Dat vonden wij eigenlijk wel een prettig en geruststellend idee.

Wij waren persoonlijk geen grote fan van de stad zelf, maar dat heeft absoluut niets met het hotel te maken. Het hotel was voor ons juist een fijne en praktische uitvalsbasis tijdens ons verblijf.

Zeker een goede keuze als je op zoek bent naar een betaalbaar en praktisch hotel dichtbij het station en de luchthavenverbinding.

L hôtel est très bien placé en face de la gare . Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. J ai passé une très bonne semaine et je conseille cet hôtel pour votre sejour . Merci à bientôt c est sur.
