Pros:

Happy and warm atmosphere! Location is really good near the station. Area is more safe than scary. Actually very handy and you can take metro anywhere. And we did walk by night also. Clean room and we liked breakfast too and polite man working there. Frederica in reception gave us good tips for what to see in Naples. Thank you!

Pros:

The hotel is situated next to the train station and you can easily access the city center in 5 minutes by Metro. The staff was very polite and willing to help. The room was clean.

Cons:

Maybe a fridge would be a good addition especially for summer days.

La atención del personal es extraordinaria, siempre con buena voluntad y disposición para ayudar, ofreciendo consejos para disfrutar de la ciudad. El desayuno está muy bien, contundente y variado. La cercanía del metro es una buena opción para moverse por la ciudad, los restaurantes cercanos también están muy bien.
