we were attending a family event and need a place to stay the area is cute the hotel is cute.

After a rough start at a previous hotel due to cleanliness issues that we originally had booked in Lake George (on July 11th) The Queensbury was very welcoming and was able to accommodate our family of 4 with 2 young kids late evening and last minute! Thank you!!
Clean room and helpful and accommodating staff! Loved the decor of the hotel with combing historical and modern pieces. The location is great, we were able to go to Lake George and Saratoga Springs during our stay.
We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again!

A gem.
Pros:

A true gem of a hotel, with classic elegance and beauty. Ideally situated between Lake George and Saratoga, you have easy access to both and all that the southern Adirondacks have to offer.

Pros:

Nice hotel. I would stay there again if back in the area. Glad we found it. Location was great. Within walking distance of entertainment district. Quite and safe. All inclusive if you don't feel like wandering out. Affordable.

Grand hotel in a great location
Pros:

We stay at the Queensbury Hotel whenever we visit Glens Falls. Dining, coffee, and attractions are all within walking distance. The hotel has several amenities that make for a pleasant stay. The beds and sheets are so soft and comfortable. The in-room TV now offers services like NetFlix and YouTube, a most welcome upgrade.

Nice and quiet

Cons:

It was the day I was checking out; around 10:35 a.m., they started knocking on my door to clean. I told them I needed 30 minutes. At 11:00 a.m., they knocked again; I told them I’d be leaving in 10 minutes. Then they knocked again, and the phone started ringing—it wouldn't stop ringing. I finally had to leave in a rush; they didn't allow any grace period. I was out by 11:05, but the whole thing was incredibly stressful.

Pros:

I have never had a disappointing stay at "The Q"! Staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable! Excellent dining options both at the hotel and within walking distance of the hotel.

Beautiful Historic Diamond!
Pros:

Exceptional Hotel! Hospitality Plus!!! Special Front Desk Staff, especially Jennifer and Jacob are wonderful and very efficient!
Highly recommend Fenimore’s
located in the hotel for fabulous food and drinks!
