A great stay
Pros:

All staff going over and beyond there duties to make your stay more comfortable. The rooms have an inviting atmosphere, and breakfast was best I have seen offered from my hotel stays I would definitely be visiting again and do recommend to all . Thank you

Great welcome to our first night in Alaska
Pros:

The staff handled our shuttles from the airport and back promptly.
The room was very up-to-date and beds Perfect.

3pm late checkout was excellent at a great hotel.
Pros:

My wife and I went to Anchorage for the Skinny Raven half marathon. It was a cool (40's), rainy, windy day. But the La Quinta near the airport and race start was great. They have a 3pm late checkout! This was VERY welcome, allowing us a warm shower and change to dry clothes after the race. And we got to watch the end of the World Cup final. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, potatoes were tasty. Room was clean and quiet. I couldn't have asked for more.

Ok, But Needs Updating
Pros:

We have stayed at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Anchorage several times. It seems each time the property is not being maintained. Overall the rooms are clean, beds comfortable, wifi is good, breakfast is nice. But overall the hotel is showing it's age. Its not in the best of neighborhoods but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. Not sure I would return in future.

Location is right by the airport. Check in and check out process was smooth.

Cons:

They could’ve taken the trash out and redone our beds during our 2 day stay. Trash just piled up although we asked reception to take it out. There’s hardly any place to eat breakfast. We were forced to take it up to our rooms on both days and on day 1 there wasn’t enough food(fruits)

Staff was friendly, shuttle convenient.

Cons:

Shower in this room appeared to be an ADA bathroom and as a result the wheel chair accessible shower waters could not be contained to the shower. They ponded up on the mail area of the bathroom causing quite a mess. You really should redesign this room to make it more functional and less a mess.
