Cons:

The Hotel getting old and need renovation. They should ban visitor from smoking in public area and restaurants. It’s quote unhealthy and cigarettes smoke everywhere in the lobby and breakfast restaurants

Good but facilities are a bit worn out. There are better options available in Cairo for the price

It’s a nice getaway. I would do it every once in a while.
Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel offered us late check out because one of the facilities were out of service so it was a nice gesture. Also, they offered breakfast. I like the facilities, swimming pools, specially down artificial beach. It was good. There are some good restaurants. I had a chance to eat at the steakhouse and it was one of the best meat cuts I’ve had in my life.

Cons:

I did not like the Shisha place when I went to watch the game and have some dinner with Aisha. They only offered the far away table, even though the restaurant was not full nor booked. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but somehow limited. The hotel requires more maintenance to keep it five star vibe.

hotel was great and had a good room by the pool view but would love to come again to the hotel

Cons:

the worst thing that the indoor pool for all ages and also i think the indoor pool should be for all ages so some people can go to both pools outdoors and indoors so one pool doesnt get crowded

Great staff, spacious rooms, tasty breakfast buffet
Pros:

Amazing and attentive staff.
Breakfast buffet is great.
Connected rooms to accommodate our family.
Spacious bathrooms.
Spa and multiple restaurants within the hotel.

Cons:

The outdoor areas, such as the pools, would benefit from some modernization and a new coat of paint.
The kids club is a (run down) arcade which our children loved but we had hoped for supervised games and activities like arts and crafts, sports, etc like other 5 star resort that would enable parents to relax for an hour or 2 as well (here we just had to sit around in the noisy arcade and watch our children play - they loved it of course).
It is quite far from the main attractions of Cairo, however the benefit is that it is very quiet and peaceful.
