Pros:

The hotel food , service , the staff is very nice and professional.

Cons:

I would have gave the hotel 9 ,if they told me when I booked that the 2 kids pools and aqua is closed for wedding , I received a message 2 hours before check in and the best thing in the hotel for kids is the pool.

Pros:

One of the best hotels we stayed in. The indoor and outdoor architectural design is amazing. Food is great. The restaurant are beyond expectations. The coffee shop overlooking the lake and landscape / greenery. Timeless luxury !

Cons:

Just the beds - they’re ok but the best mattresses.

Breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

I booked a room with a transfer from and to the airport.
I sent a message to the hotel with plenty of time to book the service and I am still waiting for a response.
I also arrived late in the evening and they wanted to take my luggage to my room. I had a small boy who needed to go to bed. I waited almost an hour and in the end I had to go to the reception to pick up my luggage cosa they would not bring it. The guys at the reception were chatting, laughing and having a good time while I took my luggage without their knowledge.
It was not acceptable!
