Not safe place
Pros:

Everything was satisfactory.

Cons:

Away that i had some concerns on the food served in the executive lounge, i had a very bad experience when one of the guests harassed me and forced me to leave my seating area around the pool. A worker saw everything and came to me to apologize stating that the incident has been reported to the management and an action will be taken. I stood still and did not take any violent reaction respecting the place and trusting that an action would be taken. Nothing till i left was done. This made me believe that the place is not safe and anyone could violate the place rules and jeopardize the guests safety with no action taken.

Pros:

Amazing and attentive staff.
Breakfast buffet is great.
Connected rooms to accommodate our family.
Spacious bathrooms.
Spa and multiple restaurants within the hotel.

Cons:

The outdoor areas, such as the pools, would benefit from some modernization and a new coat of paint.
The kids club is a (run down) arcade which our children loved but we had hoped for supervised games and activities like arts and crafts, sports, etc like other 5 star resort that would enable parents to relax for an hour or 2 as well (here we just had to sit around in the noisy arcade and watch our children play - they loved it of course).
It is quite far from the main attractions of Cairo, however the benefit is that it is very quiet and peaceful.

Pros:

Excellent accueil depuis l'aéroport jusqu'au départ, de la part du personnel, particulièrement Katreen et Mohamed au restaurant cucina, ainsi que Reda et John à la conciergerie.

Les restaurants, les infrastructures, les produits sont d'une grande qualité... Un hôtel qui est bien positionné selon les sites touristiques.
