Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, U und S-Bahnanbindung. Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht unsauber, Leuchtmittel in der Nachttischleucht fehlte, Tv Standfuss defekt... Der Sessel war verschmutzt und die Heizkörper waren ebenso nicht schön, im Badezimmer verrostet und abgeblättert, im Wohnzimmer total verstaubt innen.

I booked a room in this hotel without breakfast. But the receptionist told me the breakfast would be free for me because we got a different room. I paid 464 euro. 2 days after my departure the hotel charged me 70 euro for the breakfast. No comments......

Ничего не понравилось!

Это самый ужасный отель, в котором мне приходилось останавливаться. Фото на Booking совершенно не соответствуют реальности. В номере очень грязно: грязное постельное бельё, полотенца, подушки, неприятный запах из туалета. На одной из кроватей вообще не было подушки и постельных принадлежностей. Когда я обратилась на рецепцию, мне сначала сказали, что других подушек нет, и предложили спать без неё. Позже дали подушку, но она оказалась грязной и практически пустой внутри.
Коммуникация с персоналом — ноль. На просьбы помочь никто нормально не реагирует.
Кроме того, атмосфера в отеле очень неприятная и небезопасная, особенно если вы путешествуете с ребёнком. Ночью постоянный шум, крики, беготня, пьяные люди. Разговаривала с другой посетительницей, которая живёт там уже около недели, и она сказала, что здесь регулярно происходят драки и постоянно находятся пьяные люди.
Мы практически не спали всю ночь. Никому не советую этот отель.

Cons:

Υπερβολικά μικρό και παλιό μπάνιο..Καλοριφέρ σκουριασμένο. Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο αλλά η μοκέτα κάτω πρέπει να είναι από τότε που φτιάχτηκε το ξενοδοχείο και είναι αρκετά λερωμένη. Χρίζει ανακαίνισης.. οποσδηποτε.

Там проживають люди, не туристи, які пʼють під вікнами, шумлять, кричать, вночі вибивають двері… Мені з двома дітьми було страшно, старший син взагалі не міг заснути, нам вночі прийшлось йти на рецепцію, щоб вони щось зробили….
