Good location, great breakfast, comfy rooms
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Hotel nice and comfy. I got room closest to the reception and lobby (since I've checked in late), however it was quiet and I didn't feel it.
Nevertheless the reception told me it's the last room available, 30 minutes later a group of 6 people checked in.......the excuse from reception was that my booking was in a higher class, this was never offered me as an alternative.

Good location, very much budget feel rooms.
Pros:

It’s a great location next to Bülowstraße U-Bahn easy to get anywhere

Cons:

There was a cruddy armchair in the room, nasty net curtains and a shower rail that kept collapsing. The TV is tiny and no pics on the wall.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war in einem nicht akzeptablen Zustand

Leider war dieses Hotelzimmer für uns eine einzige Enttäuschung. Ich kann mich kaum an ein Hotelzimmer erinnern, bei dem so viele grundlegende Dinge gleichzeitig nicht in Ordnung waren.

Bereits die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Im Waschbecken befanden sich Haare. Der Bereich um Siphon und Toilettenspülung wirkte so, als wäre er seit längerer Zeit nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Auch insgesamt machte das Badezimmer einen ungepflegten und deutlich in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck.

Besonders problematisch war die Ausstattung und Funktionalität des Zimmers:

Steckdosen waren teilweise nicht benutzbar.

Als Alternative blieben praktisch nur Anschlüsse bei den Nachttischlampen - dafür gab es dann am Bett kein vernünftiges Licht.

Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht.

Am Spiegel im Bad gab es keine vernünftige Beleuchtung. Die vorhandenen Deckenlampen waren viel zu schwach.
Die Lüftung im Badezimmer war nachts aus und tagsüber sehr laut, ohne dass man sie selbst regulieren oder abschalten konnte.

Beim Duschen lief das Wasser praktisch nicht ab, sodass sich das Wasser in der Dusche staute.

Die Betten waren lediglich etwa 90 cm breit.

Das Kopfkissen war völlig durchgelegen und bestand gefühlt nur noch aus einzelnen Klumpen - erholsamer Schlaf war damit kaum möglich.

Das Badezimmer selbst ist zudem extrem eng und wirkt, wie auch auf dem Foto zu sehen, alt, abgenutzt und wenig einladend.

Es geht hier nicht darum, Luxus zu erwarten. Ein Hotelzimmer sollte aber sauber sein, über funktionierende sanitäre Einrichtungen verfügen und zumindest die grundlegende technische Ausstattung sollte funktionieren. Genau das war bei unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht gegeben.

Für mich war dieses Zimmer in diesem Zustand eine Katastrophe und keinesfalls akzeptabel. Wir würden hier nicht noch einmal übernachten.

Simply put - it was ok.
Pros:

The location was great and staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

My room was described for three people but three people couldn’t sleep there because it was too small and there was only space for two on the bed.
Also, the staff said I had the nicer room (107 Green) - it wasn’t that nice, so I’m concerned for 107 Red.
Lastly, the price was too high but capitalism is real and the hotel took advantage of the Folsom festival and increased their pricing.

Det var super godt centralt at bo tæt på U-bahn stationerne Bülowstrasse og Kürfürststrasse.

Det var super nemt at komme til og fra Berlin Hovedbanegård.
