Virkelig gode senge - også opredning til 3. Person.
Overdådig morgenmadsbuffet.
Havde kun 1 overnatning, men kunne sagtens have blevet der flere nætter.
Parkering lige uden for (brugte easy park), men hotellet har også parkering sagde de.

Det vi gillade med hotellet va läget det ligger otroligt centralt i Berlin och att hotellet hade parkering för oss som har takbox på bilen.

Cons:

Tyvärr levde hotellet inte alls upp till våra förväntningar. Bilderna på bokningssidan stämde inte överens med det rum vi faktiskt fick, vilket var en stor besvikelse.

Rummet var slitet och flera möbler var trasiga. Vid incheckningen upplevde vi dessutom personalen som otrevlig. Vi fick aldrig frågan om vi ville lägga till frukost, utan det verkade tas för givet att vi inte ville ha den.

Städningen var också bristfällig. Trots att lakanen var smutsiga byttes de inte ut – sängen bäddades bara om. Badrummet var dessutom väldigt litet, så litet att det knappt gick för två personer att vistas där samtidigt.

Sammantaget motsvarade vistelsen inte våra förväntningar, och vi skulle tyvärr inte välja att bo här igen.

Personnel d'accueil agréable et charmant mais chambre pas à la hauteur.
Pros:

Le personnel d'accueil est vraiment charmant et très à l'écoute de vos besoins.
L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très animé, proche de sites touristiques à visiter, facilement accessibles à pied.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas très propre (poussière sur le meuble côté canapé lit, chewing-gum collé sur la moquette)
Nous avions réservé une chambre triple avec 2 lits simples et un canapé lit mais nous avons dû dormir dans un lit double à la place)
Il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs car la chambre n'est pas insonorisée.
