Pros:

Está hermoso castillo , su vista, su ubicación.

Cons:

No tenía agua caliente, tuvimos que esperar horas a partir de que pedimos en recepción prendieran la caldera. Había goteras en algunas habitaciones y nos cambiaron a otras. Eso si, la atención del recepcionista que nos apoyó de lujo.

Lástima de lugar, el castillo es hermoso, pero está mal conservado, está sucio, habitaciones pésimas, mobiliario viejo, huele a humedad, no hay agua caliente. Se nota que tienen una administración deficiente y mediocre.

Best place for pictures

Probably what is keeping this place open is the people who work there very friendly and helpful, everything is in bad shape like the owner doesn't care or
understand this business, is a good place to go and take pictures but not to stay.

Cons:

Electric cables are exposed, the bed is too hard, no outlets to plug, no remote controls for tv and ac we have to get it from the front desk and we have to go back and forth because it won't work, in short words we feel like we were in a hotel where homeless use, it was a bad experience.
