Cons:

Las instalaciones muy viejas, sin el mantenimiento adecuado, las camas se les sentía el resorte, las sillas y sillones del cuarto estaban en pésimas condiciones…. En fin todo pésimo.

Insisto en el mantenimiento preventivo de las instalaciones.
Pros:

El lugar es muy aceptable por la temática del hotel, la ubicación buena y la atención del personal muy bien.

Cons:

No había agua caliente en la habitación, zoclos despegados, paredes descarapeladas, falta de internet, no habia controles parea las televisiones, ya que consiguieron para una, resultó que no tenía señal o el cable no funciona bien.

Es muy bonito por fuera, para la fotografía está hermoso porque realmente parece un castillo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son viejas y sucias, al baño le faltaba higiene, el agua se salía por todos lados, no había agua caliente. Les urge mantenimiento y remodelación

Mr. Ruben Fonseca , the food and Beverage Manager, organized my daughter’s Quinceañera party in just a couple of weeks. The party was wonderful! My family loved the venue, the setup, the food, service, and everything else. The party is unforgettable memory for my daughter 💝 Thank you!

Cons:

It rained in the afternoon, so we couldn’t take photos in the hotel gardens, but that was not the hotel’s fault.
Mr. Fonseca happy to help and allowed us to return to take the photos as a courtesy.

Es un hotel viejo, podría mejorar con remodelaciones y mantenimiento
Pros:

no tiene restaurante con horario para cenar

Cons:

no me gusto que huela a humedad, viejo, y que las toallas eran no solo viejas sino super percudidas, eran color gris de percudido de años, las camas son viejas y los muebles necesitan mantenimiento, el drenaje tiene mal olor

El alojamiento todo bien, solo la comida real es muy mala pedimos chilaquiles y textual parecía que estábamos comiendo tortillas en agua, sin sabor solo como masa con agua de verdad desagradable, lo demás muy lindo, nos hemos quedado varias veces y seguimos regresando cada que visitamos Guanajuato

Someone needs put some money into this place to bring it back to it's former glory.
Pros:

The building and grounds are amazing and well kept inside and out. Well worth a visit. The room was huge and we loved the details. The view at sunset of the entire town was beautiful. The front desk was very helpful.

Cons:

The dresser was completely broken. The bedspreads and chairs were stained. The TV remote was broken and so was the replacement they gave us.

Volvemos cada año por lo bonito del hotel, si arquitectura, la cercanía a lugares principales y todo confortable

Cons:

No había agua caliente en la habitación, hacía mucho frío para bañarse así. Tuve que poner varias veces la queja a recepción.
