I’m thankful it was only for one night

The facility was cleaned, and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

There were three people in our party and I requested to have a rollaway bed put in the room so we could each have our own bed and they promise to do that and in fact I had gotten a text the week before the trip telling me that that was done. When I showed up to check in all they had were two queens and when we went to check the room we realized that there was absolutely no place to put a rollaway bed at all. The lady at the front desk told us that that’s all they had and they eventually allowed us to look at a room that had two beds that was slightly larger and we were able to get a roll up in there. They assured us that it was not their problem because that’s those are the only configuration of rooms that they have and then it’s the problem of Booking.com who assured us that we could do this. I would not stay there again.

Would rather be camping.
Pros:

Easy check in

Cons:

Hotel was a maze and the one elevator was ancient.. The underground parking was a nightmare to figure out and doesnt seem legal. Stay was not comfortable, but decent in a pinch. Wish there had been more amenities like the ability to purchase an ibprophene for my partner.

Great location even if the place is a bit dated
Pros:

Location is very convenient. Staff were super nice and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was quite dated. The pillows were not so comfortable. The interior needs an upgrade.

We hope to return again.
Pros:

The location, the underground parking, and the friendly staff at the check-in and the servers at breakfast.

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms is too dark to read. Also, our particular room location, the second night, the people above us were up at 3 AM walking, packing, moving furniture, or doing something that caused us to lose half a night’s sleep.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Good location close to town center. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were hospitable and efficient.

Pros:

The room was lovely and beautifully appointed. Very quiet. Included breakfast was a step above average hotel breakfasts. Parking was convenient, safe, and included. Location was within a block or two of restaurants, shopping, and Lithia Park (gorgeous!).

Pros:

Nice large room. Hotel located just a short two minute walk from start of downtown Ashland. Included breakfast was excellent with everything you’d expect. We especially liked the self operated waffle maker - awesome. Only complaint is the long corridors and somewhat sprawling sense of the place. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful
Pros:

Breakfast was super. I liked that I could sit also outside to eat my breakfast. Our room had also a door outside to the hot tub. Parking was great, parking garage.
