La chambre était très spacieuse donc très bien pour nous et nos enfants.
La chambre était propre, le personnel gentil
Le manque des chapeaux de bain, qui n'étaient pas disponibles même après avoir demandé à la dame de ménage qui nous a référer à la réceptionniste.😮💨
L'ascenseur, les escaliers étaient sales durant tout notre séjour.
Le petit déjeuner manquait les croissants, aussi ́les oeufs
Hair was spread on the bed and washroom, and when we ask the reception for cleaning, they advised that this according to hotel standard.
The staff's attitude ( only the Indian lady, the others were nice )
The fruit was fresh and tasty. The muffins were good. The kitchen staff were friendly.
I'm not a fan of cold eggs but I understand the convenience factor.
We took the stairs a couple times and the stair well could use a freshen up.
The main floor bathroom could also use a cleaning.
No pool
Very close to the airport so great for a lay over if you don’t need to go downtown. The shuttle to the airport was hassle-free - I’m glad I was able to tip o line!
The front desk staff was very moody when I checked -in
