A TYPICAL FAMILY GETAWAY PLACE

THE ENTIRE STAFF OF THIS HOTEL WORK IN UNISON TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. LOCATION IS SUPERB NEXT TO THE GOLF COURSE AND NEAR THE CITY HOTSPOTS. A SPECIAL MENTION FOR THE DUTY MANAGER AKANKSHA SHARMA WHO WAS A THOROUGH PROFESSIONAL IN HANDLING GUESTS. THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLANT AND THE SPA WAS WORTH IT. DEFINITELY WORTH A SECOND VISIT.

Only Location is good, rest all is horrible

Cons:

1. The property was extremely old.
2. The room was not clean; there was a used tissue under the bed.
3. The bed was broken and kept sliding.
4. The linens had stains.
5. There was an overpowering smoke smell in the room despite it being a non-smoking room.
6. I was given early check-in but had to wait 30 minutes.
7. The check-out process was also delayed by 30 minutes.
8. The breakfast was extremely basic and I had better breakfast in 4-star and 3-star hotels.

Overall, I have stayed in better 3-star hotels in India than this 5-star hotel. It does not match the level of any 5-star hotel I have visited.
