Pros:

Die Lage zum Legoland, nettes Personal, Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Preis Leistung stimmt gar nicht, Zimmer nicht wie im Internet abgebildet, keine Klimaanlage, stark in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Nacht war es ok aber mehr auch nicht.

Opp heng for håndduken apne vasken var ikke der. Og tungt å fylle på vannkoker fra vasken. Tungt komme seg inn og ut av badekar.

Cons:

Oude inrichting en niet geheel overeenkomstig met de foto’s (kamer 23). Ook het buffet diner was duur en matig. Ontbijt buffet is wel goed. Men maakt vooral gebruik van de hoge prijzen van Legoland accommodaties

Great location but disappointing facilities for the price.

Location to airport and LEGOland.

Cons:

Bedspread was so disgustingly filthy with what looked like freshly emitted stains, I’ve never seen anything like that at a hotel. Had we gotten there earlier in the evening we would have immediately checked into another place. Stripped the bed instead and made do with the sheets. Somehow the breakfast was awful, and as a family we are NOT picky eaters. The rooms are very outdated, we were surprised for the price.

离乐高乐园很近，步行可达。房间不算太宽敞但也够用了。卫生间比较mini。早餐略微简单了些，也能吃饱。性价比还是不错的

Very rude receptionist, there are more convenient hotels

The reception area was clean

Cons:

There was no reception staff when we arrived then someone called to a person in the office who came out and was extremely rude and unhelpful, leaving me feeling annoyed for the rest of the day.
The location is quite a walk to Lego house. Good for the Walter park though.
The room was much more basic and small than expected. Slightly tired. no AC.

ALLES - Das ist Betrug. Wir haben ein 4 Sterne Hotel um 1.250,- für zwei Nächte gebucht und ein altes, schäbiges Motel bekommen! Das geht einfach garnicht! Sorry - bitte bucht diese Unterkunft nicht!!!

Very disappointing — definitely not a four-star hotel

This hotel is a huge disappointment. In my opinion, it does not deserve a four-star rating. It seems to have this status mainly because it hosts conferences, which is misleading and unfair to guests who reasonably expect a corresponding standard.

The hotel looks more like a run-down, low-end motel than a four-star property. The photos on Booking.com were either taken a long time ago or heavily edited and enhanced.

The rooms were dirty and badly worn. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant: mould on the tiles, heavy limescale on the fixtures, dirty and poorly maintained ventilation, and an unpleasant musty smell coming from the shower curtain. There were also no shelves or hooks where you would expect them.

There is no air conditioning, and the old mechanical ventilation system is clearly inadequate. The room became uncomfortable, especially considering the price.

I understand that Denmark is generally an expensive country, but charging this kind of money for such a poor standard is simply absurd. It feels as though the hotel is taking advantage of its proximity to Legoland and the resulting demand.

The only positives were the breakfast, which was good, and the polite and helpful staff.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel.

Pros:

Good proximity to Legoland and LEGO house. For the price I expected a higher level of amenities, but the linen was good, the breakfast plentiful and delicious, and the staff were lovely.
