This hotel was quiet & the staff were friendly, but that's the only thing going for it. Our room was so damp that even the sheets felt wet to the touch. They had to have known, because they set the AC at 60 before we got in. The shower had mold spots throughout. The trash cans weren't emptied when we got there. I put on clean, white socks, and the bottoms turned black after walking a few minutes in the room. I would avoid this place at all costs if you are sensitive to mold or want a clean room.
Very disappointed!!!! Tried to cancel reservation 2 1/2 days before we were supposed to stay and hotel would not provide a refund due to illness. Very bad customer service!!!!

The AC in my room was not working the greatest. It was humid. The bathroom shower looks like there was maybe mold on the top.
the location is very good and clean
The staff were not very considerate with regards to our booking as we were trying to shortened our stay but they will still charge you for the whole duration of our booked days as they stated it was already paid, they did not even offer a partial refund.
The room was basic and clean. It was very noisy due to it's close proximity to the airport. Overall a decent place to spend a night when traveling.

We paid for an extended check-out and our keys stopped working so we had to approach an employee to get back into our room.

The breakfast could be upgraded.
It smells wonderful throughout the hotel, and everything is very clean. The only thing we wish for is more TV channels to choose from or the ability to connect our phones to the TV.
I also wish the breakfast area were a little less crowded, and it would be great if there were a sauna by the pool. Lastly, I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable, although it could have just been me having a hard time sleeping.
Overall, we've had a great experience so far and have enjoyed meeting a lot of people.
