We couldn’t stay, it wasn’t comfortable for us. Probably they were under construction when we booked it.

Questionable activity around hotel by non- guests. Missing pannels of chain link fence that are meant to secure the property from the homeless and questionable characters that travel thru the property.

Breakfast . One old brown banana left and really that’s it. Nothing for breakfast. There was a pancake machine but I didn’t see anyone use it. Just grabbed a coffee and left.

Breakfast is pathetic and even don’t have complimentary water
I made an error in my booking and scheduled the room for the following day. I arrived on Friday August 7th. I was charged for the 7th locally and advised to contact Booking.com to cancel the reservation for the following day. I did and, after negotiations between Booking.com and Super 8, I received a refund of the charge. I will be in the Portland again next week and will definitely use Super 8.

The staff was very friendly. They carried up our largest suitcase so our room could be near the laundry facility. They were helpful to give information and change for the laundry facilities.
No elevator.
The room was nice and clean. However, they could improve with the breakfast options. Only had the pancake maker, banannas, and Carniola bars.
