Room comfortable- very quiet.
Staff excellent and breakfast was an added bonus.
We had a travel cot which was not fit for purpose.
It was so close to airport and arriving after midnight the staff so nice and made check in effortless. Room was big had everything I needed esp an iron and spacious bathroom with lovely Dove products. Despite being right beside Luton airport no noise and only had 3 hours to get sleep and felt refreshed despite this. Breakfast is included and looked good from what I saw but I was checking out early and hadn't time
The entrance could be better signposted as walked all the way round looking for it

Staff - amazing.
The cold breakfast (too early for cooked) was pretty scarce. Few muffins, no fruit, no croissants.
Quick overnight stay after a flight so slept 4 hours then left

Location is fab. 10 min walk to airport (hilly so a little bit of a workout) also very close to mid stay carpark
Family room is absolutely tiny
Luton Airport is a 10-minute walk away.
Breakfast on the first day was 4/5.
The room was basic, but had everything we needed for one night.

On our last day, we left around 4:30 a.m., and the food selection was very limited—a so-called cold "continental" breakfast.
