Cons:

Elevador apagou e fiquei sem luz e ventilação causando mal estar dentro do elevador. Situação preocupante principalmente para idosos, crianças e pessoas com medo de lugar fechado.

Necessário manutenção urgente!

Pros:

A localização é muito boa na Av. Boa Viagem, frente ao mar e sensação de segurança para andar a pé ao longo da avenida pelo menos até as 10 da noite. Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis e simpáticos. O pequeno é superbo e variado incluindo e promovendo a culinaria local e da região, esse foi realmente um grande diferencial . Para alem disso as camas sao muito confortaveis , o quarto tinha vista para o mar e a Praia da Boa Viagem. Uma estadia de uma semana em Recife muito bem passada , voltarei com certeza.

Cons:

Pequenas coisas mas nao afetaram a minha estadia , por exemplo obar condicionado que vertiu agua no quarto ficou molhada , mas foi resolvido prontamente. Outro aspecto foi quando chuva teve mais intensidade a noite, entrou agua no quarto atraves da janela de vidro mas vinha de cima , mas houve sempre atençao dos funcionarios para resuloçao atenpada e muito prestavel .O unico problema que talves mereça melhorar apesar de ser estrutural é no banheiro na box de banho inclinaçao do piso ficou do lado contrario ao ralo , pwlo que a gua de banho fica toda acomulada no piso .
