Disappointed abd didn’t meet my expectations
Pros:

On the beach , reception staff were friendly and helpful .

Cons:

Location in the middle of residential area, some Facilities weren’t available , rope around the pool, food very basic, à la carte only available in July and August . Buffet dinner very expensive . sun beds on beach front row chargeable not 4 star resort ,

Pros:

Hotel super. Obsluga na wysokim poziomie, w hotelu czysto, pokoje porządnie sprzątane codziennie. Korzystaliśmy ze śniadań, codziennie to samo ale bardzo smaczne i duzu wybór. Basen i brodzik spoko, pomimo siesty ratownika można w tym czasie pływać. Plaża piaszczysta, jest trochę glonów, w morzu są meduzy - taki urok tego miejsca. Byliśmy z dwójką dzieci - zarówno rodzice jak i dzieci zadowoleni. Przystanek autobusowy przy samym hotelu, można dojechać do centrum Trapani i Erice. Polecam!

Pros:

L’emplacement top en bord de mer et piscine . Bar restaurant avec pt déjeuner continental. Buffet du soir varié avec un personnel aux petits soins, merci beaucoup. Nettoyage des chambres tous les jours avec un personnel très discret et respectueux. A la plage les chaises longues inclus dans le prix vraiment top. Parking immense.

Cons:

Le mobilier est un peu vieillot et endommagé. Musique du soir un peu monotone et un peu tard. Le bruit de la route principale.

Przyjemny pobyt ale nie polecam, zbyt dużo minusów.
Pros:

Bardzo dobre jedzenie, zwłaszcza kolacja, smaczne dania z owocami morza i makarony, pyszne desery !
Kameralny hotel i brak problemu z dostępnością leżaków.
Przystanek autobusowy zaraz przy hotelu.
Supermarket Lidl 4 minuty od hotelu !

Cons:

Personel niezbyt miły, zwłaszcza obsługa baru przy basenie bardzo nieprzyjemna.
Pokój chociaż zadbany i czysty to jednak standard np. łazienki pozostawia wiele do życzenia, z wanny się leje na podłogę, prysznic nie działa najlepiej, odpływ wanny zatkany, niedziałające hydromasaże w wannie.
Kelnerzy podczas posiłków zbyt nadgorliwie sprzątają talerze, czasami zabierają z pod nosa talerz nawet gdy człowiek nie skończy posiłku.
Plaża brudna - nie zachęca do kąpania się.
Początkiem czerwca woda w basenie dosyć zimna - właściciel mógłby pomyśleć o podgrzewaniu wody…
Internet WIFI niby dostępny ale w ogóle nie działa - musieliśmy korzystać z internetu mobilnego z telefonu przez cały pobyt !

A lovely resort with some of the best staff I have ever experienced.
Pros:

Really lovely staff throughout the resort- in the bar, round the pool, in the restaurant, at reception. They are so welcoming and attentive. The housekeeping is also exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing serious to report. I guess some people might take issue with the sea churning up seaweed upon occasion - but what can you do - thats the environment. The beach area is well maintained with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. It is clean . If I was being really picky then maybe some of the pallet furniture round the pool could be painted - I am sure it’s in hand because the staff are constantly maintaining things.

Lovely beach and pool but rundown and tired rooms
Pros:

It’s well positioned on a lovely beach, perfect for young children as the water is shallow for a long way out and barely any waves.
The pool is area is well looked after and clean. The location of the pool side rooms are ideal for children, being able to nip in and out for snacks, toilet, naps etc.
The staff were lovely, helpful and kind. Some items we had were given complementary, eg cost of baby cot per night.

Cons:

The rooms are in desperate need of a refurb. The rooms are very worn and tired. We had both a pool side room and a ‘sea view’ room. (Be aware you can’t actually see the sea unless you hang over the balcony, instead we looked over the car park).
It actually doesn’t fit the criteria for a 4 star hotel so unsure how it is rated as such. No room service, no phone in the room, no tea and coffee making facilities, no spa etc.
It wasn’t bad enough to move hotels, but we did consider it, however once we saw the beach and pool it balanced out the bad rooms.
We stayed in 2 other locations around Trapani, Villa Angelina and Baglio Sorìa , both were excellent!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui un intera settimana, e dobbiamo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente bene.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile ma soprattutto molto professionale.
Ci siamo sentiti coccolati fin dal primo giorno.
Ottime colazioni belle abbondanti per qualsiasi gusto, così anche la cena che offriva molta varietà di pietanze deliziose.
Il resort offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare, con dei tramonti pazzeschi, accesso diretto in spiaggia la quale è sempre ben curata.
Stanze sempre pulite e belle spaziose, con letti comodi.
Abbiamo provato anche l’esperienza SPA con un massaggio veramente rilassante.
Insomma siamo soddisfatti e felici di aver scelto questo resort per dedicarci una vacanza all’insegna del relax.
Ci teniamo a ringraziare tutto lo staff per averci coccolato fino all’ultimo.
Ma un saluto speciale va a Claudio,Valentina e tutti i ragazzi della ristorazione i quali ci hanno sempre strappato un sorriso e servito sempre con estrema gentilezza.

Colazione e cena ottima, buffet ben servito e pulito ,la posizione meravigliosa ambiente tranquillo staff educato e disponibile.
I mezzi di trasporto pubblici dopo le 21 non ci sono ma con il taxi si raggiunge Trapani con tariffe oneste.

La gentilezza è disponibilità del personale.

Cons:

La spiaggia ed il mare non sono usufruibili.
La spiaggia è molto stretta ed è stracolma di cumuli di posidonia portata dalle risacche. L'acqua nei primi metri è invasa da questa erba marina galleggiante. Quindi si esce dall'acqua con quest'erba sul corpo.
Pur avendo pagato per una colazione inclusa ho dovuto pagare per ottenere un normalissimo caffè espresso e cappuccino fatto al bar e non alle macchinette automatiche (caffè pessimo e latte in polvere).
Meglio cenare e pranzare fuori. Le pietanze servite erano poco gradevoli.

Le séjour c’est très bien passé mas l’infrastructure et prestations ne correspond pas au prix payé .

L’emplacement exceptionnel!
Le personnel au petit soin et très sympathique.

Cons:

La toilette de la chambre en mauvaise état de dégradation ( les portes de la cabine de douche ne glissé cas et resté dans les mains). Encore au toilette, sèche cheveux de très mauvaise qualité et très vieux.
La cerise sur le gâteaux c’était que pas de SPA car pas en époque. J’ai payé cette hôtel cher pour pouvoir avoir les conforts et le SPA. Aucune part est marqué, lors de la réservation, que le SPA est indisponible. Inclus, quand vous rentrez dans l’établissement vous avez que la publicité des prestations SPA! C’était très décevant!
