Pros:

Beliggenhed på stranden var optimalt.
Personalet var utrolig søde og arrangerede en fødselsdagskage for vores datter.
Meget hjælpsomme.
Gode parkeringsforhold til hotellet.

Vores anke går på værelset og indretningen.
Det var et stort dejligt værelse og gode senge - men det var ikke hyggeligt og ikke optimalt indrettet.
Der kunne med fordel være en sofa som indbød til ophold.
Ringe møbler på terrassen.
Intet tørrestativ på værelset.
Dårligt signal på tv på værelset.

Tennisbane var dårligt vedligeholdt - hvilket er synd for det er et plus med en tennisbane.

Tolles Hotel, mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage ca 8-12 min mit dem Auto in die Stadt je nachdem wohin du willst.
Es hat einen eigenen Strand und nette Mitarbeiter+Rettungsschwimmer an diesem. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und entspannt gefühlt. Von Montag bis Samstag ist abends eine Sängerin da, die ein schönes Repertoire bietet. Das Frühstück ist lecker und vollkommen ausreichend (Müsli, Marmelade, Omelett, frisches Omelett vom Koch, Backwaren, Brötchen, Bananen/Birnen, Käse-/Wurstauswahl, Gemüse, Kaffee/Cappuccino ist aus dem Automaten war gut und Wasser und Säfte auch)
Das Zimmer für drei war groß genug und bot alles was du für den Urlaub brauchst. Es war sauber und ordentlich, mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank unter dem Schreibtisch. Der Obstladen/Lidl/Drogerie waren fußläufig in 5 min erreichbar. Der Balkon war groß und neuer als der Rest. Zum Trocknen von Sachen sollte man entweder selber Klammern mitnehmen oder es gab ne Wäscheleine im Bad.
Vor dem Hotel ist ein großer Parkplatz, welcher durch Zaun und Eingangstor geschützt wird.
Es gibt einen Wellnessbereich mit einer guten Masseurin die moderate Preise anbietet.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Steckdosen sind, vermute ich noch aus dem letzten Jahrtausend ;D ... Ich habe mir einen Adapter für knapp 2 € gekauft und damit hatte sich das Problem aufgelöst (Nice Shopping ist ca 10 min fußläufig entfernt).
Für alle die es stört sollten wissen, dass das Nebengebäude eine Sommerbetreuung für die einheimischen Kinder hat, sie haben einen eigenen Strandabschnitt. Ich empfand es als nicht zu laut und in keister Weise störend.
Man sollte sich dessen bewusst sein, dass zum Abend hin, durch die Wellen Algen an den Strand gespült werden, diese werden morgens zur Seite geräumt.

Cons:

Hotel absolutamente overrated no Booking. Não passa de um 3 estrelas. Velho, comida horrorosa, camas com colchões muito usados e em deformações, o Wi-Fi não funciona no quarto. O banheiro possui um aspecto velho com a louça já apresentando ferrugem e má limpeza. O cobertor era tão velho que nem tocamos para evitar ácaros. As formigas entram no quarto juntamente com os pernilongos. As varandas dos quartos não possuem privacidade alguma. Hotel ainda possui chave ao invés de cartão eletrônico. O ar condicionado não funciona direito e o chão do hotel está sempre sujo na passagem para o restaurante. Horroroso. Parece que parou em 1986.

Posizione strategica per visitare tutti i posti meravigliosi che ci sono nel raggio di 1h di macchina. Devo spendere delle parole per il personale perché ci hanno reso il soggiorno meraviglioso, un valore aggiunto in termini di gentilezza, generosità e disponibilità. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è stata l’accoglienza in spiaggia. Il merito va tutto a Mattia, gestore della spiaggia. Molto accogliente e gentile. Persona fantastica

Cons:

L’unico punto a sfavore va alla cameriera bionda al bar della piscina, scortese, svogliata e maleducata. Le ho chiesto un toast che mi è stato preparato e sbattuto sul tavolo senza neanche aver messo il tovagliato. Quando poi gli ho chiesto una tovaglietta si è anche permessa di sbuffare.

Da ritornare, magari con temperature più basse, per godersi di più le vicinanze.
Pros:

Colazione continentale a buffè ricchissima di prodotti (speciale lo yogurt greco). I pranzi o cene sono a buffè illimitato, e per eventuali intolleranze bastava farlo presente al personale, presentandoti un'immediata soluzione, anche se lo stesso buffè era comprensivo di tutto ( pasta, carne, pesce, contorni, frutta e dolci, che venivano rimpiazzati anche a dieci minuti dalla chiusura del ristorante. Le bevande sono escluse, ma basta contenersi (soprattutto con gli alcolici) per non ritrovarsi difronte a cifre esagerate rispettando anche il punto di vista "salutare"..

Cons:

Solo il caffè, sia a colazione che al bar. Personalmente sono abituato a prenderlo più consistente.

Sicilia nel cuore
Pros:

Staff accogliente e gentile a partire dal personale in reception. Struttura pulita, varietà di cibo in abbondanti quantità.
Metrè Lorenzo e Capo bar Claudio, professionali e preparati, come i validi e giovani collaboratori. Bagnino Mattia esperto, attento, socievole e mai invadente. Alla spa, ricevuto un pacchetto con percorso benessere e massaggio ad un ottimo prezzo da una bravissima professionista.

Cons:

Purtroppo la poseidonia, nonostante sia ottima per l'ecosistema, era depositata quotidianamente sul primo tratto di mare e sulla spiaggia, rovinando in parte il colore della pulitissima acqua.
La camera va lasciata alle 10: sarebbe opportuno, per chi ha l'aereo in serata, dedicare uno spazio apposito per chi desidera rinfrescarsi o riposarsi dopo un' intera giornata al mare, prima di lasciare la struttura.

Una splendida vacanza in famiglia: accogliente e rilassante!
Pros:

Soggiorno fantastico con la famiglia e bimba di 4 anni. Eccellenti il cibo (varietà e qualità) e il personale di sala (un grazie speciale a Jessica). Spiaggia ben organizzata con un bagnino, Mattia, eccezionale. Camere spaziose e comode. Piscina ottima e prezioso il supporto di Giorgia per la bambina. Spa eccellente: titolare professionale, ceretta indolore e percorsi benessere molto rilassanti.

Cons:

Consigliamo di inserire nelle camere uno stendino per costumi e teli mare. L'intrattenimento serale è risultato un po' monotono, essendo sempre affidato alla stessa cantante di piano bar; avremmo preferito maggiore animazione per famiglie o semplicemente aggiungere un po' di varietà nelle serate della settimana.

We had a fantastic stay at Baia Resort and would definitely come back.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, with a lovely pool, very clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast. We also ate several times in the à la carte restaurant, and every meal was outstanding.

What really made the difference was the staff. Francesca was always incredibly friendly and helpful, Vanessa was welcoming and attentive, and Andrea, the hotel manager, made sure everything ran perfectly. He kindly helped us with resolving some small issue. He’s Top Class!

A special thank you to Claudio, the bar manager. He was extremely professional, gave us some excellent recommendations from the à la carte menu, and every dish he suggested was spot on. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests having a great experience.

The whole team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Great service, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We’d happily recommend Baia Resort to anyone visiting Sicily.
