Encantador
Pros:

Área comuns muito interessantes e cuidadas. Belíssimo espaço exterior e um pequeno almoço divinal

Cons:

Não há grandes acesso de transportes públicos até ao estabelecimento. Foram pouco diligentes a responder às mensagens do booking o que causou constrangimentos. Staff necessita melhorar inglês.

Nicht zu empfehlen, 5 Sterne sind völlig irreführend, das Hotel hat die besten Zeiten lange hinter sich

Venezianischer Charme bei der Inneneinrichtung.

Cons:

Wir waren da vor 30 Jahren mit besten Erlebnissen, diese wollten wir wieder auffrischen, aber es war ein totale Enttäuschung. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hat auf keinen Fall 5 Sterne verdient, maximal 3.
Das Haus ist von außen sehr renovierungsbedürftig, teilweise auch innen. Der Speisesaal hat null Atmosphäre, die Hauptgänge beim Abendessen waren richtig schlecht. Das Fleisch war zäh, die Fritti di Mare waren versalzen und extrem trocken. Die Bar ist nicht einladend. Zudem gibt es keinen Aufzug. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht mehr wieder.

Pros:

Ambijent je poseban, odiše poviješću. Boravak je bio ugodan. Osoblje je ljubazno, osobito gospođa Mirela koja nas je lijepo uslužila i uputila u vezi svega što nas je zanimalo. Zbog svega toga ćemo se opet vratiti i preporučiti ovaj smještaj prijateljima. :)

Quiet beautiful location but no close public transportation.
Pros:

Beautiful villa and surroundings. Nice breakfast. Restaurant on site.

Location outside the city. Taxi into the city was about 50 euros.

Une très belle maison, un lieu chargé d'Histoire, un personnel attentionné et le soucis, au fil de chaque année de faire en sorte que les chambres soient rénovées. Le petit déjeuner est à recommander.

Pros:

Szobát foglaltunk, de lakosztályt kaptunk. Ugyan nem a főépületben, de tökéletes volt, külön társalgóval, fedett terasszal, privát parkolóval. A reggeli elegáns, csodálatos választékkal. Nem először szálltunk meg itt, fantasztikus az egész létesítmény hangulata, érezhető, tapintható a történelem itt.

Cons:

Все старое, номер большой, но неприятный, пахнет старьем и затхлостью. Не ухоженный. Старые полотенца, ужасная ванная комната.
Плохой завтрак, недружелюбный персонал в ресторане.

Absolutely nothing!! It was one of the most disgusting, uncomfortable hotel stays in my life! This hotel should not have 5 stars- it deserves 3 stars maximum! Only the restaurant staff was very friendly, one man from Pakistan was lovely.

Cons:

The rooms are old and disgusting. Plastic bathtub that is already yellow, you’re scared it will break under your feet when you stand in it to take a shower. The carpet seemed over 50 years old, burgundy, dirty. The smell in the room was horrid which is not surprising cause the furniture and decorations were probably over 50 years old. The cleaning staff uses very strong cleaning products that make it smell like an old hospital room- that’s not surprising if the appliances are that old. They were trying to cover the smell of mold on the ceiling. Everything was falling apart in that bathroom.
Towels were full of some dark hair and I was too disgusted to use them. The rooms are in an old horse stable that is falling apart. There was a tiny coffee machine and the capsules were not even free to use, that’s not the standard for a 5 star hotel. The stars were probably awarded 50 years ago but it should not be revised. I’d be surprised if the hotel gets more than 3 star after a revision.
The breakfast could have been better, some juices from
the boxes, a few decent pastries and paper-like pancakes. A very limited variety with barely any warm food.
There was no possibility to have control over the temperature in the room, despite trying to make it as cold as possible, in the room there were around 27 degrees.
A full renovation is needed and no guests should be welcome to stay!! The hotel needs to be closed.
