Pros:

The hotel is undeniably beautiful. It’s an older property, but it has been exceptionally well maintained and has a timeless elegance. The gardens and surroundings are lovely, and the overall atmosphere is calm and refined. If you appreciate classic luxury, this hotel certainly delivers.

Cons:

For me, a five-star hotel is defined just as much by its service as by its facilities. Great staff should be able to read their guests and adapt accordingly.

We were travelling as a family with four children aged 11 to 21. We weren’t noisy or disruptive; we simply sat quietly in a corner of the garden playing a board game together. When I ordered a glass of white wine, the waiter brought it over without hesitation. However, when my daughter wanted to order a soft drink and told him where we were sitting, he asked her to stay because he didn’t want to walk the extra 25 metres from the restaurant, even though it wasn’t busy.

The next day, when I ordered a coffee, I was told to get it from the pool bar, where it was served in a paper cup—not quite what I expected from a hotel of this standard.

On our final morning at breakfast, I ordered a coffee (which guests couldn’t serve themselves). It simply never arrived.

None of these incidents were serious on their own, but together they left me with the feeling that service wasn’t offered equally to everyone. I couldn’t help wondering whether, if I had looked a little wealthier or dressed in designer brands instead of appearing like an average Danish tourist, the experience might have been different.

It’s a beautiful hotel, but in my opinion, five-star hospitality means making every guest feel equally welcome and valued. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the impression we left with.

Pros:

Se presenta como hotel 5 estrellas, y quizás lo fue en el pasado, pero actualmente muestra signos de deterioro y falta de mantenimiento y renovación. Las cosas son viejas, no por decisión estética, sino porque hace muchos años que no se invierte en renovarlas (por lo menos en la habitación en la que nos tocó alojarnos). La piscina es enorme y está muy bien mantenida. El desayuno era standard de un hotel 3/4 estrellas.

Cons:

Le hace falta una renovación general, que dudo que llegue a ocurrir ya que durante el invierno este establecimiento está cerrado. El desayuno no está mal, pero podría mejorar un poco. Pagamos 262 euros la noche, 50 euros menos hubiera hecho cerrar la ecuación precio-calidad.

3. Gardens & Golf: A beautiful, centuries-old park seamlessly connected to the 18-hole Villa Condulmer golf club.
4. Super Breakfast: Outstanding quality coffee and custom freshly squeezed juices made to your recipe.
5. Exceptional Personal Touch: Sincere thanks for the incredibly warm celebration of my wife's 50th birthday—this thoughtful gesture made our stay truly unforgettable.

Only one good thing is a Villa, as is it was before, good golf area( outside the hotel) , old trees , and that is all for my opinion

Cons:

If you expecting 5 star in any appearance - unfortunately I can rate it as a poor 3 star hotel, please think twice. If you like old old villas to see around - you might like it. Hotel neeeeeed a urgent makeup.
