Das Hotel braucht unbedingt eine Renovierung. Es war Schimmel an Silikon von der Badewanne. Es war def. Nicht 5 Sterne wert, maximal 3 Sterne.

Schöner Gesamteindruck der venezianischen Villa, die Zimmer sind großzügig und haben eine tolle Klimaanlage

Cons:

insgesamt allerdings etwas lieblos, es herrscht keine ansprechende Stimmung. Mitarbeiter sind teilweise etwas aufgesetzt freundlich. Der Poolbereich ist nicht edel sondern vermittelt den vibe eines aus der Zeit gefallenen Schwimmbads. Wenig ansprechender Kiosk, Plastikblumentöpfe. Es fehlt Wärme und Herzlichkeit

Nice villa that needs a refresh
Pros:

The pool area is nice and big and very comfortable for a few hours before heading out to Venice or Treviso.
Breakfast was excellent. A lot of sweet cakes and eggs were great.

Cons:

Like many other reviewers said, the villa is a bit washed out and needs a refresh. The expensive room is pretty ok but some of the things in the common areas really need a refresh. On Saturdays apparently they have weddings and we were unfortunate that there was an Albanian wedding that was very loud until late at night. They didn't close the hotel just for the wedding so be careful if you need a rest and relax. You should ask. On Sundays the locals can visit the pool for a fee so it was pretty crowded as well.

Włoskie wakacje z prawdziwego zdarzenia, w otoczeniu Włochów, cudownego ogrodu, rzut beretem do Wenecji.

Cudownie pod każdym względem.
Dla najbardziej wymagających szukających ciszy, klasy, spokoju i prawdziwego włoskiego dolce far niente.

Perfect,,, it was perfect.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was spectacular. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Restaurant was perfect, food was wonderful. I cannot say enough about this Hotel. It exceeded my expectations completely. Only thing i would wish for had been available was an elevator, but totally understandable given the architecture of the building.

Não recomendo pra quem não fala italiano

Cons:

Local precisa de manutenção, extremamente velho. O pior são os funcionários que me deixaram muito constrangida por não falar italiano, se irritaram e até zoaram com os outros. Me senti muito triste nesse local, e foi dos mais caros que paguei nos meus 10 dias.

Competitively priced old charming hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very old and charming with some nice grounds and character. The golf course next door adds to its charm. I highly recommend getting a wine from the bar and sitting in the covered terrace outside reading a book. It is by idyllic and very peaceful if you are looking for a break. Very well located for Venice.

Cons:

The hotel needs a major refresh - the facade is worn and certain areas of the hotel look tired. I am not sure it is a five star hotel as it does not have that elevated luxury feel, more like three to four stars. They also make you pay for the coffee pods in the room and do not refresh your water automatically. The restaurant is charming, but the food is quite mid. The swimming pool gets very busy in summer and is a bit underwhelming.
