Disastrous hotel more like a one star! I do not recommend it!

The dinner was fine and the breakfast was also fine the personnel in the restaurant were very kind

Cons:

When we arrived we waited like fifteen minutes and no one came to reception so we gave up waiting and went to have dinner since we were in a bit of a hurry to go to a concert on time! After dinner we checked in the girl at reception did not even apologize for our long wait!

We dumped our bags and took off but what I didn’t notice was the sound in the room! Room 64! It is either next to the washing machines or some annoying machine/motor that made noise all night long like a metro was passing by every 10 minutes in the room! Impossible to sleep! Not to mention some loud guests or “asiel zoekers” that hang out in front of the hotel smoking and drinking beer all day and then get loud at night! It was a disaster not to mention the room was not clean (crumbs on the couch and tables) and the beds were not comfortable! I do NOT understand the four star rating!! I would barely give them two!

OK for work
Pros:

The room was a bit mll for me, and the bathroom was not well designed with the mirror not in front of the sink, having to shave, wash etc on the side.....

Cons:

The building is getting a bit daunted, the staff is great, but it wasn't easy to move around in the room, too small..

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Teppich im Treppenhaus an manchen Stellen schon abgenutzt.
Eine wand an der Zimmertür war dreckig.

Pros:

Hotel curato e in posizione comoda per visitare l'Olanda. Inoltre, è comoda la presenza della palestra e della spa.

Had an issue with the room door, wasnt able to access room for a little bit, the staff were very plesent and resolved it within a few hours but did make it a bit difficult but these things happen
