It’s difficult to get a good night sleep here due to loud stomping of feet from rooms above as well as loud TV noise from adjacent rooms. There is no gym and swimming pool here. The hallways also have a faint odor. Also someone was getting arrested by police near the front entrance of the hotel.
Other than that This hotel is right next to a shopping plaza with several stores and restaurants such as Staples, Lowe’s, Target and Starbucks. They don’t charge a deposit at check in and also the front desk is very customer oriented and courteous. There is complimentary breakfast served in the morning which consists of coffee, muffins and nut bars. There are laundry and vending machines in the property as well. The rooms come equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking hob, cabinets to store utensils, flat screen TV, work desk with office chair, leather recliner sofa, air conditioning, telephone and complimentary soap bars in the bathroom
The room has a cockroach.
The staff was friendly.
The shower curtain had hair on it that was not mine. A person complained about termites issue that happened months ago and the box spring that was falling apart and some staff member had an issue with letting him used the hotel vacuum cleaner due to the wear and tears. I got assigned to a room that a person was already using, that was embarrassing and scary when I walk in unexpectedly. The ambulances show up the next day too. I was barely in my room anyways. The pick and go breakfast is a joke so don't expect nothing but coffee, hot water and some packets of oatmeal. The area is nice and quiet and it's walking distance.
Kitchen area is a plus.
Our check in time was 3:00 pm and the room had not been cleaned. We waited just over 45 minutes which is unacceptable. We needed to use the bathroom and there wasn't any other bathroom available.
Checking out no staff available. Your cleaning crew came on duty just a little after 8:30 am and they ended up helping us.

The lawyer never contact you
Despite contacting them I ended up in the hospital for almost 10 days
I called the lawyer with zero response
Now even though I’m still fighting health issues I was served with a eviction with no court date and not being able to defend myself
Nothing overall very dissatisfied not worth my money. I have worked for the Marriott hotel and this by far is not acceptable by any means. This hotel is located next to the airport which should be much more cleaner.
Extreme dust made it hard to breathe. Microwave was broken couldn’t have a meal. Overall did not meet my cleaning expectations. Train tracks and constant blower noise. Vents need to be dusted and an urgent fumigation roaches are literally walking on walls at night.
The location was convenient for the various food places
The appearance of the facility was not clean or as welcoming. The smell inside the hallways as well as the room was not pleasant. The kitchen did not have any materials. The A/C did not work until the morning.
Only the good thing is that Walmart at target are very close
There plenty of things which I don’t like. it is looks like a poor ambience, room are so bad. Really not feeling like you are in hotel. You will feel like you are in motel where you just wanna go and then stay not recommended for family
Also, the charts are not cheap
