Easy, boutiqe-ish hotel in Dunedin, will def stay again.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful when we were trying to park our rental car. The facilities were good. Used the tea/coffee making facilities and the iron and board in the room were a bonus. Great cafe across the road.

Cons:

Little more space in the bedroom would have been great. Overall, a great stay and will def stay again.

Gem in the city!
Pros:

The staff at this place were amazing and accomodating! Due to an unexpected snow storm we were a day late to our accomodation, the staff were very accomodating in helping us change our booking free of charge. The accomodation was in a good location and very cute and cosy in an old building.

A very pleasant stay and what was more important my wife loved it.
Pros:

THE KITCHEN STALL WERE FANTASTIC as we are both in our late 80's we wish to share al our meals, We found them extremely accommodating so much so that we had all our excellent meals at the hotel

Cons:

Access to our room on the 3rd floor, although the stall were extremely helpful.
The car parking arrangement was a little inconvenient particularly in wet conditions . Although again the staff were extremely helpful
