Die Lage und der Service.

Cons:

Der Shuttle Service ist leider nicht gefahren. Wir hatten leider das Hotel besonders wegen des kostenfreien Service gebucht. Das war natürlich sehr enttäuschend für uns.

Cons:

El baño no estaba limpio y en la bañera encontramos pelos y una horquilla de pelo de alguna clienta anterior, El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en plena hora de calor y no pudimos dormir en toda la noche.

Sólo deben poner agarraderas en la ducha, ya que el plato resbala y puede ocasionar un gran problema al hotel sí una persona se accidenta, porque agua con jabón desliza.

Trevlig takpool, lite kallt vatten och väldigt blåsigt dock. Nära flygplatsen, passade bra då vi hade ett tidigt morgonflyg att passa. Rymligt sovrum!

Amazing, clean and accomodating
Pros:

After missing our flight home after an accident on boarding, we had to find our own accommodation. This was the first we found on google, we explained the situation ( 1.15am) they said no issues come over.
The hotel was amazing, they couldn’t have been more accommodating to us. When our insurance dragged their heals past our check out time the hotel despite being fully booked agreed to let us stay in our room for a 2nd night.
It was 4 star and €125 bed and breakfast for me and the husband. Rooms excellent and sparkling clean, food was amazing. Couldn’t find fault at all! On check out they said we could leave our room @5pm no extra charge. They also paid for our taxi transfer to the airport

I booked this hotel through Booking.com because it advertised a free airport transfer, which was one of the main reasons I chose it.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide the transfer as promised. Shortly before my arrival, the receptionist informed me that the driver would not pick me up because he had other bookings the following morning. I was then told that the airport transfer was “subject to availability,” even though this was not made clear when I made the reservation.

This was very disappointing. If a hotel advertises a free airport transfer, it should honor that commitment or clearly state any limitations before guests book. Instead, I was left to arrange and pay for my own transportation at the last minute.

In addition, the hotel is located on a very busy street, making it noisy throughout the night. The hairdryer in the room did not work, and there was only one complimentary bottle of water provided for two guests.

Had I known that the advertised airport transfer could simply be canceled due to the hotel’s scheduling issues, I would have chosen a different hotel. Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the service that was advertised and included in my booking, so I cannot recommend staying here.
