מלון בוטיק אינטימי, צוות עובדים נהדר.
בילינו בחג (2 לילות של ראש השנה), המלון היה בתפוסה מלאה, ולמרות זאת חדר האוכל היה מסודר בהתאם לערב חג, דאגו לכל משפחה לשולחן חג, סדר מופתי, ניכר שהחשיבה בכל הקשור לשרות שניתן לאורחים מאוד חשוב לצוות ההנהלה. תפריט מגוון ב 2 ערבי חג , הופתעתי מכך שהאוכל באמת היה טעים ומגוון.
אני מוצא לנכון לציין לטובה באופן חריג את רונן מנהל התפעול שמעניק לאורחים חווית אירוח ושרות ברמה הכי גבוהה שאפשר, זמין לכל אורח, מעניק פתרון הולם לכל בקשה של האורחים, הבחור שולט ומנהל את המלון ברמה גבוהה, שליטה מלאה על כל צוות העובדים ועל כל מערכות המלון - שאפו, הלוואי והיה לי עובד כזה.
אין לי ספק שהשרות שהוא מעניק לאורחים יהווה נקודת זכות לטובת המלון בבחירת מלון בחופשה הבאה.

בריכת שחיה קטנה, קצת צפוף כשהמלון בתפוסה מלאה.
חוסר במקומות חניה.

שהות משפחתית נעימה עם מיקום מצוין, צוות אדיב וארוחת בוקר טובה — מומלץ.
Pros:

המיקום מצוין ונוח, קרוב לכל מה שצריך. הצוות אדיב ומסביר פנים והשירות היה טוב לאורך כל השהייה. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטעימה, והחדרים היו נקיים ומסודרים.

Cons:

חלק מהמלון והחדרים מרגישים מעט מיושנים ומתבקש רענון בתחזוקה. זה לא פגע בשהות עצמה, אבל שדרוג קל היה משדרג את החוויה.

אהבתי מאוד את הצוות והשירות והאוכל היה מאוד טעים

המלון היה נעים ונקי.
צוות המלון היה מסביר פנים ,חשוב לציין את רונן שדאג ושאל כל הזמן אם הכל בסדר אלוף !!
החדרים היו נקיים , האוכל היה מגוון וטעים מאוד .
ארוחת הבוקר היתה מצויין עם מגוון עשיר .

This is my second time at a Prima hotel and the super friendly and welcoming staff don't stop to surprise me in a good way! 😊 Only for their hospitality I would choose the Prima hotels again and again!

היה סבבה אווירה טובה סה״כ וצוות מצוין
Pros:

נתחיל בדברים הטובים:
המלון בעיקרון יותר בוויב של מלון משפחות,
הזמנו את החדר הכי בסיסי ושידרגו אותנו לסוויטה דלוקס,
ופירגנו לנו להשאר עד מוצ״ש ללא תשלום נוסף (זה עולה 150₪)
הארוחות בוקר היו סבבה-כן יש מבחר אבל לא ברמה הכי גבוהה של אוכל בואו נגיד את זה ככה, ארוחת בוקר סבבה לא מעבר
ארוחת ערב (שישי) היה מצויין!!! הרגיש ממש אווירה של קידוש/פסח, המון משפחות וילדים (פחות מתאים לחופשה זוגית כזו לדעתי…) אווירה טובה של שבת בחדר אוכל ובכללי. באמת וואו!
האוכל בשישי בערב היה מצוין-היה דג אסאדו שניצלים צלי ועוד ועוד באמת היה סופר טעים מגוון גדול מאוד גם למבוגרים גם לילדים, באמת מעל לכל צפייה.
המיקום של המלון סבבה-באמצע העיר אבל 10 דק מהחופים של טבריה.
עובדי המלון היו סופר שירותים, עזרו בכל מה שביקשנו, באהבה,
המלון עצמו נראה טוב וחדרים היו גם כן סבבה-סטנדרטיים והספיקו לנו. יש בריכה במלון- לא היינו שם אבל היה נראה נחמד מאוד.
באופן כללי אני כן ממליצה על המלון הזה ויצאנו בתחושה טובה ממנו.

Cons:

המיטות לא מיטות זוגיות!! זה מיטות יחיד צמודות אחד לשניה- ממש לא נוח לישון ככה וזה באמת מאוד מבאס….
עיניין החנייה- יש חניון שמספיק לגג 10 רכבים (אבל כן מצאנו חניות בחוץ)
עיניין הניקיון- זה הדבר שהכי הורס במלון, ניקיון ממש לא מופקד, שיערות בכל מקום ורואים שלא הכי מקפידים על זה, מגבות שאמורות להיות נקיות בריח לא משהו ושיערות עליהם, שטיחים שחייבים ניקוי בלשון המעטה…עיצוב קצת מיושן ובכללי רואים שלא הכי מוקפד גם מבחינת תחזוקה של החדרים.. בקיצור לנקיון שם הייתי נותנת 6/10 אבל זה כן משהו סליח…

צוות המלון מסביר פנים, אכפתי ונותן שירות מעולה. הבינו שאנחנו באים לציין תאריך מיוחד וישר פינקו אותנו, נתנו לנו להרגיש שבאנו לנוח.
בריכה אמנם קטנה אבל נותנת תחושה אינטימית ולא מרגישים צפיפות. יש המון פינות ישיבה גם בחוץ וגם בפנים כדי להירגע ולדבר.
ארוחת בוקר וערב בסדר פלוס, לא צריך יותר מזה.
המלון במרחק של 20 דקות הליכה לכיוון האגם.
יש המון מסעדות באזור ומרכז מסחרי במרחק נסיעה.

תודה רבה לצוות המלון.
