Zona centrale ma non sicura la notte

Cons:

Il personale di turno la sera poco disponibile e addirittura assente.
Dovevo partire presto la mattina e non c’era personale alla reception per aprire il garage.
Arrivato dopo mezz’ora di chiamate.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Tolle Lage um die Altstadt zu besuchen.
Pros:

Die Lage unmittelbar vor der Altstadt ist perfekt. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Fenster sind schalldicht genug, um selbst den nächtlichen Lärm des Bierfests genügend zu dämpfen.

Cons:

Dass man im nahen Parkhaus (erreichbar über Blondelstraße) im UG eine Parkmöglichkeit des Hotels mit Rolltor zum gleichen Preis hätte haben können, hatten wir vorher nicht gewusst. Dort parken hätte zum Sicherheitsempfinden beigetragen. Die Kurzpark Zone vor dem Hotel war über längere Zeit beparkt? Leider keine Möglichkeit also, sich vorher an der Rezeption darüber zu informieren.
Sollten Ihre E-Mails mit ## vorab im Betreff dazu informiert haben, haben wir die, da bereits auf Reise und ohne Laptop, nicht mehr geöffnet. Optisch ähnelt das einer Phishing Mail, obwohl die Schreibweise ansonsten fehlerfrei war. Es erschien uns zu riskant.

wir waren rundum zufrieden

nahe der Altstadt; sehr schönes Frühstück; Sonderwünsche zum Frühstüc wurden gern vom freundlichen Personal erfüllt

Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Straße leider nicht ruhig; 2 Zimmer leider keine Dusche, sondern nur Wanne, schlecht für Ältere; Zimmer 223 mit merkwürdiger Treppe mit Podest als Zugang zum Badezimmer, sehr eng und für uns Ältere nicht ganz ungefährlich, besonders nachts; als Entschädigung alkoholfreie Getränke; kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer;
