The hotel needs a revamp to update and put in order their facilities, the staff was perfect.
Pros:

Its location and the staff were very nice, efficient and polite.

Cons:

There was mould on the tiles of our bathroom, and the wooden details on the walls were completely eaten. The pool was supposedly heated but it was quite cold, though I do understand it is winter. Breakfast was great one morning but then the next there was almost nothing, even though we arrived at its opening.

Otima, mas academia deixou a desejar.
Pros:

Quando chegamos no local fomos muito bem atendido. Pessoal atendeu a gente super bem. Informaram que tinhamos uma agua, um suco de cortesia. Adoramos o café.

Cons:

Ar-condicionado do quarto estava com defeito, pingando agua no quarto. Avisamos, foram arrumar e novamente continou com a goteira. Eles depois arrumaram e nao tivemos mais problema com isso. Academia do local nao é boa, uma pena...

Localização muito boa e o quarto modelo antigo na vale o valor cobrado.

Cons:

O quarto entregue pelo valor pago não condiz, o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando e o funcionário se prontificou a resolver nosso problema mesmo sendo às 22:00.
