The atmosphere is terrible
Pros:

Everything is terrible. The staff is unfriendly. The bathroom is tear down. The room looks like unclean

Pros:

Nice location downtown, next to Lafayette Square. Very nice room, extremely comfortable bed, huge room

Cons:

No parking on-site. Busy streets, noisy streetcar going by until about 10pm.

Location was convenient not far from bourbon st etc. There's on site brunch not sure if it was complimentary or not. If u just need a place to rest ur head near the hot spots its not bad

Cons:

Shower water takes about a good 10mins to get warm not hot but luke warm, You have to be sitting directly in front of the TV in order for the remote to work. Water pressure low when it came to flushing.

Good Value, Basic Service
Pros:

I like the size of the room and the bed was comfy, the location of the hotel is good, and the gym is good. Good price, good area, good enough for a few nights.

Cons:

Check in was easy, minimal interaction. I had to ask where the gym was, usually staff at other hotels will let you the basic perks a property has, but there was no mention of anything....just OK here's your room key. Same for checking out, she just asked the room # and said thanks; no offer for a receipt. Then I asked if she had change and she says no- it's cashless. Then I ask what about the restaurant, and she's like maybe. Just no effort to help in any capacity.
The Room: The phone was broken, the pillows are small and not cozy, Shower is difficult to get to turn on, and took forever to heat up, then the water pressure was intermittent. The windows new cleaned, aside from the plastic peeling badly, there's green mold growing on the center windows. And I swear last time I stayed years ago you had free cookies in the evening, I missed that. The elevators are super slow, especially the gym elevator. Sadly more cons vs pros on this stay, but none of these are major concerns except the shower does need fixed in my room!

Very comfortable, friendly staff, great location!
Pros:

Small but convenient to everything in the French Quarter and Warehouse District. Loved having access to the restaurant in the building.

Cons:

Would be good to go over hallways and room walls with cleaner & touch up paint - getting rid of scuff marks, spots, & chips in the woodwork
