The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They were experiencing booking issues and called me to ensure we would get our room, which was thoroughly appreciated!
While the room was clean, there were broken facilities that were difficult to ignore. The beds were rolling cots, which was pretty janky considering the price. The hallways on our floor was pretty ugly. The floors were covered in duct tape and there was a terrible smell.
Staff was very nice.
There was a lot of hair and stains on the bed sheets.

Woman at check in was amazing. Did all she could to help me with barely a room available. I'm assuming she is the head housekeeper but the next morning she came to the door and my dogs just absolutely loved her..as dud Ii. Very Sweet❤️
The whole no cash thing..& deposit..thats refunded at the end. If its redlfunded then why are we charging? Eitjer way..I had to leave after i just arrived..sunburned..exhausted with luggage & 2 dogs all to be told i had to go get a pre paid card....like are u kidding me tight now..so I packed everything backbout again..drove to the store..gor said oemrepaid card..alllll for it not to work. As well as store will NOT do a return on a pre-paid cardl😳..thats cool thats the only 50 i had in cash for it to be gone and now on a card that I cant use. Just SUPER Frustrating..Especially on that particular day🤬
Price was right. Location and parking
Was not very clean. Poor maintenance. Doors on third floor were all busted up. Toilet did not work and the bath water was brown. Felt like the shining.

Staff not properly trained. Our 1st room wasn’t clean, front desk gave a room key to someone not listed or supposed to be in our room at night.

There is more duct tape than carpet in the halls, some doors have holes patched by tape. Wall paper is peeling.
The comforters had holes in them.
The headboard had a sticky red spray over it that we had to wipe clean ourselves
The ceiling in the shower looked like it had been patched badly and was falling apart.
Despite all of this, the mattresses were surprisingly comfortable, the wifi worked well, and there was coffee in the lobby.
The entire place. Will not stay here again. I do not blame the staff but the maintenance is so fair sub par that I felt like I was staying in a set for a murder hotel movie.
It was someplace to sleep and enjoy the pool, but hot tub jets weren’t working.
Tub jet weren’t working and they were no towels at pool side. Mattress was old and squeaky. Door entry didn’t work every time. Breakfast meat and potatoes were over cooked.
