We had a comfortable stay and staff were very good and welcoming
Pros:

Staff very friendly food in restaurant was good room was comfortable

Cons:

Although room was clean , felt it was in need of redecoration to make the room much brighter in appearance

This was a perfect place when I needed a hotel versus a self-serve place.
Pros:

After a tiring day of driving this was easy to find, had everything I needed and was very comfortable.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about!

A hotel characterised by the excellent staff !
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, especially for the airport. Ample free car parking.

All the staff were absolutely lovely and demonstrated excellent customer service, with a smile.

The hotel is clean, well furnished and there are lots of communal areas.

Breakfast was excellent !

Cons:

The decor is quite dark throughout the hotel.

Both bedrooms were "tired" and in need of updating.

Highly recommend hotel was beautiful and staff fantastic
Pros:

Great location we were up at the P&J live. The hotel staff were brilliant so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a good size. We had dinner in the hotel which was beautiful and breakfast in the morning again fantastic. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Perfect stay before my flight!
Pros:

Stayed in one of the suites & especially liked there was an upstairs & downstairs. Somehow it felt more, at home. Bed was super comfy & weather was so nice I slept with windows open. Staff was always helpful :)

Cons:

That my suite was all the way at the end of two long hallways :(

Will definitely use again...
Pros:

Room was a good size and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast and service were great. Lovely breakfast room. Plenty of parking space. Excellent value for money. Have family nearby so will definitely be back. It would be nice to have dinner next time too.
