Staff Welcoming and convenient for AECC
The staff and the room was a little worn but comfy.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very short walk to P & J Live.
Clean. Smelled good. Staff helpful and attentive.

The mattress on the bed was of very firm and of poor quality in my opinion

Having to have a larger room to accommodate our party i found it a bit expensive but that was expected. It is a hotel that caters for singles and couples.

Very dated rooms, corridors, room decor peeling off walls, poor wifi, poor lighting in room, toilet leaking on bathroom floor, very basic. Wouldn't stay again.

Being on the flightpath
The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean. Toiletries were provided. The hotel was easy to get to by bus from central Aberdeen. There was a good selection of tea etc plus biscuits.
On entering the room, there was a smell of mustiness. It may be because the room hadn't been aired in a while. There were hot chocolate sachets but these were wrinkled, suggesting that they had been there a long time, so we didn't use them. Around the half-door of the bath/shower, there are some areas of black mould.
Breakfast was ok but the corn flakes didn't have the full-bodied taste you would normally expect so again I wondered how long the individual packets had been kept for.
The hotel was fine for a one-night stay but I think it could do with updating.
Great location for concert at P&JLive as well as the airport
Service for breakfast was a little slow but they were very busy
We enjoyed our stay and the staff were great. Room was a bit tired but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Would be happy to stay again.
