Nossa experiência no Grand Hyatt São Paulo foi excelente em praticamente todos os aspectos e, no conjunto, merece nota 10.
O quarto é muito confortável, extremamente limpo e bem cuidado, com excelente roupa de cama e ótimos amenities da Granado. O café da manhã é excelente, assim como o buffet do almoço. O lobby e as demais áreas do hotel também são muito agradáveis.
A equipe merece destaque especial: manobristas, profissionais da entrada, pessoal que auxilia com as bagagens e equipe de limpeza foram sempre muito educados, gentis, prestativos e profissionais.
A única observação negativa foi em relação ao check-in. Chegamos ao hotel por volta de 14h10, e o horário oficial era às 15h. Solicitamos a possibilidade de antecipação, mas o pedido não foi atendido. Foi informado que seria possível liberar um quarto naquele momento, porém de categoria inferior à que havíamos reservado. Consideramos essa solução desnecessária, especialmente pela pequena diferença de horário.
Foi um ponto isolado, mas que acabou destoando de todo o restante da experiência, já que o serviço do hotel, em todos os demais aspectos, foi impecável.
