Proximity to the beach is unmatched. Not too many kids at the time we stayed. Beautiful amenities great parking.
We had to ask for room service to bring towels. They don’t have a restaurant on campus. The Wi-Fi is very poor.
I loved the view from our suite, we had the Gulf and pools and the beautiful beach and coastline.
The one thing we felt that was missing is a light in the entrance where the microwave and fridge are. It seems there should of been a lamp on the table maybe. The point is that you cannot see to read the microwave and do the settings. We had to use our flashlights to see it.
Closeness to beach and local shops
No issues
It was moderately sized so didn’t feel like we were climbing a mountain to get from our car to our room or to the beach.
The hallway carpets were dingy looking and smelled bad. The front lobby smelled like dead fish the first day. The second day when they were mopping it smelled like they were using week old mop water. Otherwise our room was incredible and clean. We had a wonderful time and would stay again in the future.

I love the location
There was construction during my stay
This is an excellent hotel - new and fresh, brilliant location right on the beach. It has a gym, poolside bar, 2 pools and a hot tub. Just feet from the beach. Under cover parking and outside too and it’s free / they even give you free water on check in - lovely kind customer service. I stay in a lot of Marriot hotels and this one I’ll remember.

Housekeeping just walks in the room early in the morning.
The only issue we had was they were doing construction on the beach so Saturday and Sunday no access. If they would’ve told us this from the booking, we would’ve went to another place.
We love the SpringHill Suites by Marriott on Pensacola Beach! This is our go-to motel on the panhandle. We have been coming to this area for years. Our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren flew down again this year to spend a couple days with us. They told us that they now understand why we keep coming back to the same hotel. The extra special activities that were scheduled for the children during Easter is just another reason that this hotel has such a good reputation for being family oriented. The grandchildren spent the majority of their time swimming in the three pools and looking for shells on the beach. They are also planning on a return trip next year. All of the employees from the front desk to the maintenance personnel and the cleaning staff are definitely the heart of hotel. We are always greeted with a smile and a good morning each day. The breakfast staff always goes out of their way to make sure that there is hot food for all. We are already looking forward to returning in the spring of 2027.
The pool area I love that there two large pools, a hot tub and a kiddie pool. I love that they have complimentary towels to use and free breakfast. I love how quickly and easily it’s to get to the beach. The elevator always worked and never took long to arrive. I love that check out is at noon. We got a room with a balcony so that was a divine experience. The room was set up perfectly for our family. Divided with two TVs.
Certain parts of the room was kind of dirty, the staff wasn’t super friendly.
