De locatie naast een mall en tegenover het park. De kamers waren ruim en de bedden waren goed.
De staf was niet echt vriendelijk en inchecken duurde veeeel te lang (zeker 20-25 minuten). De ruimte voor het ontbijt was te klein (er stonden teveel tafels). Je moest je tussen de tafels door wringen, wat niet prettig was.
Its was close to a Shopping Mall, and good service from the staff!
Unfortunately, my stay was not as comfortable as I expected. The hotel room appeared to be in need of renovation and maintenance.
* The bathroom had several broken tiles.
* The balcony doors did not lock properly, which was a serious safety concern.
* After a long flight, we were unable to rest or sleep when we arrived because the room needed to be repaired first. We had to wait while the issue was being fixed.
Overall, this was disappointing, especially after a long journey. I hope the hotel will address these maintenance and safety issues to improve the experience for future guests.
The location was convenient, the hotel itself is pleasant, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was also reasonable.
The main issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear a lot of noise from the rooms next to me and also from the street. On my last night, I was woken up around 1:30 a.m. by very loud noise and banging from neighbouring rooms. I asked reception if I could change rooms, but unfortunately I did not feel that there was much effort to resolve the situation. Considering the price of the stay, I expected a much higher level of comfort and a better overall experience.
Gostei de ser limpo e arrumado.
Chegamos lá por volta das 19:20.. tinhamos um evento às 21… conseguimos entrar no quarto só às 20:10, pois só tinha uma pessoa na recepção.
Achei desorganizado só ter 1 pessoa atendendo. Na hora do checkout também, foi quase 1 hora novamente para conseguir fazê-lo

Nao deixaram minha familia e eu entrarmos no hotel. Veio um rapaz chamado Delfino, nem deixou entrarmos e deu a desculpa que p andar que o andar que iriamos dormir teve que ser desocupado por problemas que nao quis dizer. Disse que poderíamos ficar, os tres, em um quarto com cama de casal, que nao tinha agua, mas que poderiamos usar o banheiro da academia. Humilhante. Nunca fui desreipeitado desta forma em um hotel. Chegamos cansados jo hotel, querendo usar banheiro, e tivemos que pegar 400km de madrugada de volta para curitiba. Uma vergonha. Acionarei o hotel pelos danos morais causados. E nunca mais reservarei nada pelo booking.com
Quarto espaçoso, localização muito boa.
Ralo do chuveiro não estava dando conta, depois de algum tempo retornava água até pelo ralo fora do box.
Caixa acoplada do vaso sanitario fazendo barulho o tempo todo por vazamento. E as 10h da manhã uma funcionária entrou no quarto sem bater para perguntar de reposição de frigobar. Um absurdo.
Cafe da manhã também muito simples pelo preço do hotel. Decepcionante.
Suíte - decoração e conforto. Vista maravilhosa. Educação e cordialidade no check-in .
Limpeza do box do wc, pia do lavatório entupida. Edredon rasgado. Não tive nenhum "mimo" - era o meu aniversário.
