Gosto muito desse hotel, mas tem esses pequenos detalhes que citei que precisam de mais atenção.

Hotel bem confortável, um bom café da manhã, ótima localização.
Dentro do quarto estava tudo limpinho, bem ajeitado mesmo. Quarto bem espaçoso.

Cons:

Check-in muito demorado devido ao sistema.
A máquina de água quente era a mesma do café, então a água já saia suja, não consegui fazer um chá.
O corredor dos quartos tinha um cheiro de cigarro insuportável, precisam higienizar melhor o carpete.

Bairro aparenta ser tranquilo, há um parque bem bonito na frente o que proporciona uma boa vista em alguns dos quartos.

Cons:

Quando chegamos ao hotel nos colocaram em um quarto sem limpeza: cabelos no chão, fronha e lençois com cheiro de suor, além de cheiro de mofo. Imediatamente entramos em contato com a recepção e enviaram uma funcionária que constatou todos os problemas relatados. Depois de 20 minutos em pé, com as malas ainda sem desfazer, e depois de afirmar que não ficaria naquele quarto, mesmo com ela trocando os lençois, nos realocaram pra outro quarto, no mesmo andar. Lá estava limpo mas com a pia do banheiro entupida e o ar condicionado com barulho. Não pedimos para trocar pois já tinha tido todo o inconveniente anterior. Além de tudo, o café da manhã é bem simples e destoa da estrutura que o hotel aparenta ter. Não há nenhuma opção para intolerantes e também não é possível fazer nenhum pedido na hora. Alguns funcionários aparentam estarem ali obrigados.
