La ubicación era buenísima, junto a los muelles de Auckland. La habitación era amplia y estaba decorada con muchísimo gusto y cuidado hasta el último detalle, muy cómoda tanto la cama como los sillones de la zona de estar
Por poner un pero, la climatización, para ser invierno, no funcionaba muy bien, y tardamos un día en ponerla a la temperatura adecuada
We liked the hotel but would not say it was 5 star. The room was clean and very spacious. The food in cookies restaurant was amazing including the breakfast and staff was very pleasant.
The bed was to small and pillow was not good. Very noisey with doors banging all night and very noisey outside. Would not stay again as too noisey for us which is a shame as really liked the hotel
Location, cleanliness and rooms are exceptional.
We have stayed before and noticed the staff at check in were not very welcoming no conversation just a big standard is here is your key. Not very personable.

Location and general ambiance was good. Tidy (although very basic) little suite. Excellent bathroom.
Smell of air freshener was overwhelming in the lobby, restaurant, and in the room. Left me thinking about toilets and cheap taxis. Made me feel nauseous at times. The bed mattress had a big dip, felt like an old mattress well overdue replacing. Did not sleep well. Outdoor roof garden did not live up to its promise and seemed a forgotten place due for some tlc, which could otherwise be a neat little private escape for hotel guests.

We had 2 rooms celebrating a birthday in the city, used the saunas, had drinks at the bar and breakfasts next morning before checkout, All the friendly staff helped make the stay at fables memorable 10/10
The decor is beautiful and I found the staff extremely helpful and prompt.
Our first room was on the 6th floor facing Queenstreet after 6hours of trying to get to sleep while listening to the partying and yelling below I finally gave out, and approached reception in the early hours of the morning to move us to a more quiet location. They were super prompt and had us moved within minutes to a quiet room on the opposite side of the building. This was a wedding anniversary treat and if I would have only reviewed off the first night I would have been giving 1 star reviews. However the staffs promt attention and the second more spacious room left us feeling much better.
One massive issue is the lack of parking out the front, or any where, it took many loops around the block before we could stop to get the valet parking.
