Great location. Lovely decor and staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious too
Nothing
Great location. Breakfast selection was good.
Our first room was quite compact. The upgraded room was a good size and very comfortable. The only negative was the very small window that was almost ceiling height so the room was dark
Lovely room, friendly helpful staff, great to have valet parking option given location.
Valet parking was a little pricey
Unfortunately this has been a very poor experience. I am travelling on my own as a single woman: when I arrived I was upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was very nice, but woken up at 10 pm by a man trying to get into my hotel room as he had been given the same key as me. Fortunately, he was lovely and just as horrified as I was, but it could have been a very different story. Totally unacceptable. Now, this afternoon, I have come back from being out since 9.30, and my room hasn't been serviced. It is 2pm. I really don't understand this level of shoddy service.
Valet parking was brilliant, and concierge calling to check when we would like the car ready for check-out.
The bed was comfy and room was cosy
The TV didn't work very well, remote seemed to be broken and stayed on the entire stay because I couldn't turn it off. The shower gel pump was broken and had to get more delivered to the room which for some reason the pump wasn't working great on that either. The room I got was right next to a very loud street, could hear loud cars, people yelling and construction throughout the night and early morning which made a for a rough couple nights sleep. Got my room serviced and they didn't replace the towels or bath mat they took. I've also stayed here a few times before and noticed this time upon check in they didn't offer a tea and sweet treat like they used too and the meal sizes seemed smaller but were the same price if not more expensive.
Clean
Amazing location, very comfy bed
Absolutely loved the bed - so comfortable! The tea set was beautiful - loved that too! Staff - the man on the front desk was particularly amazing. Location was great. Impressed the staff remembered who we were when we picked up our bags later that day.
A free bottle of water in the room would have been great, but not a big deal. More tea bags in the room would have been great too - but that's because I love tea haha!
Great location. Only a few hundred metres to Auckland Harbour.
Breakfast was confusing. One the first I ordered off the menu. The following 2 days it was buffet style. The buffet was excellent and there was an egg station. Just didn't understand why there were two different breakfast offerings on different days.
Stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Auckland. We used the valet parking for our hire car for one night which was around $35NZD as I recall. The hotel is located right in the heart of the commercial district and easy walking distance to the Sky Tower, ferry terminal and Britomart rail station.
The room was very nicely appointed and felt quite luxurious. We did get a bit of noise from the street outside but it wasn't too bad. Breakfasts had a good slection and filled us up for the day.
We enjoyed our stay here, the staff were friendly and we were well located for all of the main attractions in Auckland.
The most comfortable bed & very quiet considering the central city location
Location was great
Room was small but comfy and there were no bathroom toiletries
