STYLISH DECORE, FRIENDLY STAFF
Pros:

The decor is beautiful and I found the staff extremely helpful and prompt.

Cons:

Our first room was on the 6th floor facing Queenstreet after 6hours of trying to get to sleep while listening to the partying and yelling below I finally gave out, and approached reception in the early hours of the morning to move us to a more quiet location. They were super prompt and had us moved within minutes to a quiet room on the opposite side of the building. This was a wedding anniversary treat and if I would have only reviewed off the first night I would have been giving 1 star reviews. However the staffs promt attention and the second more spacious room left us feeling much better.
One massive issue is the lack of parking out the front, or any where, it took many loops around the block before we could stop to get the valet parking.

Wonderful hotel, comfy bed, lovely decor, great location made it easy to walk everywhere.
Pros:

Grey at check in was lovely, the hotel presented well, our room was lovely, even better than expected. Bringing the car was easy, valet parking was good.

Cons:

I cannot fault anything.

Charming boutique hotel in the CBD
Pros:

The central location and the decor. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

We stayed on the 4th floor and it smelled damp in the hallways. We also had trouble with the temperature control in the room and there was no info on how to adjust it. The bathroom is lovely but there is nowhere to put your toiletries as the one bench holds the sink, mirror and towels. My major gripe is that we had to leave after 1 night of a prepaid 3 night stay due to illness. I emailed the mgmt asking if they would consider refunding one night and they never replied. I could have accepted a No but to not even acknowledge the email is just rude

Séjour parfait au coeur d'Auckland
Pros:

Hôtel situé au coeur du centre d'Auckland, avec un personnel amical, disponible et efficace. Un bravo spécial à Shubbham, qui a été exceptionnel. Nous avions des demandes atypiques et ils ont toutes pu les satisfaire, au mieux de leurs moyens et procédures. Booking ne mentionne pas le service voiturier : à la journée, c'est à peine plus cher que les parkings les plus proches. Très pratique et très réactif.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné longtemps et la chambre avait peu de rangements. Maintenant, elle était si grande et confortable que nous avons préféré la garder.
