Pros:

Location was great. plenty of parking area. staffs were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Smell of the laundry beside my room was awful, although the room seems clean but some cockroach to deal with. Also no breakfast, just a coffee and some snacks that each person were allowed to just take one.

Pros:

My intake and stay at Extended Stay America Nashville Vanderbilt was exceptional. The Receptionist, Miss Angelia, was outstanding in assisting me during the check in process and during my stay.

Her personality was friendly and welcoming and she genuinely connects with people in an authentic way.

If you have business here in the Nashville area or just here to enjoy the city vibe, this hotel is a great place to stay as it centrally located and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Lovely 😍 place
Pros:

I just want to share how much I loved staying at Extended Stay America. It was my first time here, and I’m honestly so happy I chose this place.
It feels safe, cozy, and welcoming, with very friendly staff. Everything you need is here — breakfast, laundry, even a small gym.
Next time I’m in Nashville, I won’t even look anywhere else. This is definitely my favorite place now ♥️ And the price is amazing too.

Pros:

Breakfast was decent and coffee was good.

Cons:

The manager is extremely rude and very off-putting my experience with her was she always had an attitude especially when we were checking in. We had requested to be on a higher floor then the first floor she copped an attitude and said they couldn't and wouldn't change that or accommodate to us so I just stayed with what we got only because we stayed 6days 7nights and paid over $750.00 for that week but she was extremely unprofessional. It's just sad because her workers were amazing and very friendly and helpful and accommodating.
